The Barcelona EDITION

This hotel is poorly managed and is very unwelcoming. Rooms are small and lobby is terrible. Roortop is only good part and staff up there should train the lobby staff!!

This is the most un-welcoming hotel I have ever stayed in. Except for the roof top staff which was excellent and a few of the bell hops the staff was not friendly and made us feel like a bother if we asked a question etc. We also had annissue the first night with out shower flooding our room and the manager lied about what room they could move us to. Terrible customer service!! We could not wait to check out of this hotel. Spoke to GM who should not be in hospitality business

I was disappointed by the hotel stay. When we first arrived our room was not available. We were asked to wait while they “checked with housekeeping to find out when it would be ready”. We waited for 45 minutes and had to approach the desk again to again be asked to wait while they checked with housekeeping. We waited for another 10 minutes and our room was still not ready. We left the hotel for an hour and came back again to not have our room be ready. The response again was to wait while they checked with housekeeping. Another 15 minutes of waiting to be told that they thought it would be another 20-30 minutes, but couldn’t guaranty it, although this was all after the check in time. We left for another hour and came back. When we came in, they said nothing other than our room number and handed us our key cards. Upon checking out we learned that our room had actually been demoted from the class we had book and they lied to us about the type of room that we received. The rooms are easy to identity by the pictures, but we had not thought to check until the last day. We generally are easy going travelers, but this was a special trip for my wife’s 40th birthday and we received poor unapologetic service, did not receive what we paid for, and were lied to about it. There are much better options out there for your money.

We loved everything about our stay....but especially appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I stayed here one of the nights for our honeymoon and we enjoyed this hotel so much. The staff were always friendly and helpful when recommending places to eat or things to do. We would definitely stay here again
