Great property. Equipped with everything you need. Staff welcoming and very informative. We parked in parking recommended by hotel - discount rate of €20. You can walk to all tourist attractions from hotel. Supermarket and plenty of restaurants close by.

My wife and I were expecting a very nice place based on the reviews. The hotel was pretty loud both from outside and inside. The bad was placed right next to the entrance. which was news to us and the shower was hard to get into. I am not sure how it was a four-star hotel. Out of the 5 hotels, we stayed in Spain during our last vacation, this one was the worst by far.

Overall is very good. Strategic location and modern apartment. Contains all electronics needed such as washing machine, dryer, oven etc. Just a small issue with the window in the toilet which is spoilt and unable to close up. Feeling cold when bathing.

Apart from a brief check in and out we had no contact with any staff. The location is great - walking distance of all the sights and plenty of choice for shopping and eating. Apartment was a great size for family of 4 (a welcome chance to get some washing done, having packed light!). Only issue we had was a lack of hot water after 3/4 of us had showered one evening but it was not the end of the world!

Great central location. Walking distance to restaurants & places of interest l. Not to mention right next to the Granada Catedral. Great staff but they manage several properties so you have to call for check in. They are great & usually back in 5 minutes or less.

Loved the property, staff and location! Only issue was that when we walked in to the apartment, it smelled badly. Found that it was that it was the mop and bucket. Placed them on the balcony outside and there were no other issues.

Loved the central location. Building was very nicely restored.

Located right on a busy shopping side street. Very conveniently located We stayed in a one bedroom suite which give a homy feel. Brought seafood from Agustín Market and cooked without much effort on New Year's Eve. Kitchen is well equipped

We were extremely happy with the Shine Alcaceiria apartment that we stayed in. It was modern, clean, comfortable, and bright. The location is very central - wonderful! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen! We would definitely stay there again!

Loved the apartment right in the center of the Alcaiceria. Great location and apartment was large size. Could easily accommodate four people even though was just my fiancé and myself. Easy to find and staff helpful. There is also a safe in room to secure valuables. Would recommend this place easily
