Richmond Inn & Suites Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I went online to book with Hotel.com. Was told I had to pay online, so I did. The information that was sent was the wrong hotel ( booked for Compfort Suites) so I called & hotel said yes we were registered so I figured all ok. Wrong! Got my bill and was charged twice! I called Richmond Inn and was told That I cancelled ( I didn't do that and directions sent to me were for Compford Suites with address and map) . I expect Hotel.com to correct this issue and refund the overcharge since it wasn't my fault. I told my credit card company y'all double charged me . The hotel we booked into was great.They did not charge us again because we already paid they showed. Please clear this up as it may be your site that got this confused.

Desk service was great. The room was disappointing. There were screws in the wall and the room decorations (bed, dressors, were very old and the counter top in the bathroom was coming apart. I was disappointed and not what I expected. On Saturday, somebody looks as if they attempted to make my bed but had to leave and left it unkept and they left the trash at my door when I returned at 2:30 p.m. The room definitely needed an update. Breakfast was good, my hats off to the dinning / cooks. They had grits!

Nice front desk workers, room old, dingy and not extremely clean. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this one did not make the mark- I would NOT stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness. Also, I left a tip and a note for the maid to please leave more wash cloths and towels since there were 4 of us staying in the room. That request was not granted.

The stay was great but our carpet was wet and the tv wouldn’t change channels. We arrived late so we did not report it until the next day. The breakfast and service were awesome!

Friendly staff. Clean room, well equipped, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good. Close to restaurants, Walmart, and the interstate. Definitely would stay there again.
