Great stay, will return again

My main reason for picking this hotel was the high rating it had, and it’s close to the airport. The service was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that was the best part of my stay. The room was not cleaned well at all. There was hair in the shower, toothpaste on the walls, debris that wasn’t swept or vacuumed on the floors. I expect better from Aloft hotels. I understand that there is COVID, but the rooms should still be cleaned to a certain standard.

They never changed our sheets or cleaned our room. Weds-Sunday. You have to ask for cleaning and fresh towels???

We stayed over Thanksgiving- you called for your towels and they kindly left them outside the door and collected your old ones. We stayed in the ground floor so zero interaction with people meant you felt very COVID safe - staff were lovely two thumbs up

very nice place! very clean, staff was very nice. rooms were spacious and comfortable. didn't have a chance to check out the pool but i liked that they let you book a timeslot so it wasn't too crowded.

Everytime we need to be in the Cleveland area we always stay here. The staff are so friendly and they love our dog, Dexter. They always give Dexter cookies and play with him. We love the vibe here and it's so clean.

This was part of a longer trip, and by far the worst hotel of the trip. It's like they put all the money and effort into making the lobby look fancy and trendy and skimped on all the rest. For the price, the rooms were very small and poorly designed. Everything felt cheap and dorm roomy. There was a weird frosted window between the shower/toilet area and the bed so that any time you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and turn the light on, you end up waking up the other person. The only door between the toilet and the rest of the room is a sliding door with no latch that wouldn't ever stay closed all the alway, so there was basically zero privacy when using the bathroom. The doors are *insanely* heavy and on such a tight spring that it's impossible to keep them from slamming shut. I almost lost my fingers a couple times and all we could hear all night long were slamming doors, loud enough we could hear it through earplugs. The sheets were very scratchy and between that and the noise, we barely slept for 4 nights. Breakfast isn't included and all the items for purchase were vastly too expensive for what they were. The staff was incredibly rude and gave the impression that every question was a huge inconvenience, even when I was trying to let them know what room to charge my tiny $3 bowl of cereal to. It was pretty clean. Housekeeping is suspended during your stay because of covid, but there were crowds of unmasked people hanging out in the lobby bar area.

Very clean, new, easy to find. Lots of nice amenities and the lobby and bar area were comfortable.

Nice hotel rooms can be a tad bit bigger has a few minor compliments but overall a good stay
