Did its job, but not more than that. Breakfast was horrible. Location was excellent. Friendly staff, food Wi-Fi, clean.

A bit annoying with the last night of our stay when we ask for help to get a cab It seems the front desk girl got irritated with the time we are about to sched. Its our 1st time in japan thats why we dont know if the time alotted to go to the airport is just enough She should have suggest instead of like being so sarcastic Anyways overall my stay with the b tokyo is very satified

The room felt permanently like a sauna as the air conditioning wasn’t individually controlled so the heaters were blasted all night. We had a terrible sleep because of that. Both of us had a rash on our face after staying there for the two nights, and I also found hair on the pillow that wasn’t mine. You could also hear every single thing the other guests were doing, including flushing the toilet at 5 in the morning and shuffling about in the hallway/elevators. There was also no complementary water as many other hotels normally have. Location and service were alright though.

We were thoroughly impressed and pleased by The B Shimbashi. We were after a nice but inexpensive hotel in the centre of Tokyo and it provides precisely that. The room was small but definitely what was expected from the photos provided and entirely adequate for a couple who were spending most of their time out and about. It was well equipped and the bathroom was a mod con packed delight. The room was cleaned and fresh linen was provided every day. The staff were wonderfully helpful every time we asked for something. They were also happy to look after our bags for a whole day after we checked out and before our flight that evening. Transport links are very good. The surrounding area of Tokyo is filled with restaurants, bars, shops and parks. It takes less than an hour via just the metro to get to The B from Haneda airport. We have no complaints at all and would happily return again.

The staff and services were 10/10. Our only “problem” was with the size of the room. Though it is our fault for not checking properly. It was much smaller than expected. Travelling with large suit cases made the room basically have no space to walk. The shower and bathroom are very good and the bed was comfortable. Having access to a microwave would have been amazing, even if just in the lobby area.
