Outrigger Konotta Maldives Resort

Travel to lonely island most importantly the resort should not old, not bec the hotel environment or facilities but reef around the island coral will be destroyed by tourists more or less after years the resort is built. Outrigger Konotta is only 4 years old not only the renovation is amazing but the ‘house reef’ is 1 of the best, we seen lots of undamaged coral reef & all kind of fishes incl big parrot, coral fish, moray ell, giant grouper, many camouflage octopus, sea turtle & black sharks mostly baby shark when snorkelling! We have been stayed in overwater bungalow in many different islands, Maldives before, Bora Bora but never stayed in a overwater villa with more than 2000 sq ft during this trip in Konotta! My wife & my 11yrs old son enjoyed 8 nights there over the Christmas & new year! Food was great, snorkelling & scuba diving was great, deep sea fishing was great & all stuffs are extremely friendly, being patient although some of them worked 30 days straight without a day off during this holiday season, 15-hr works a day...! 2 thumbs & 2 toes up! Amazing amazing amazing! 5+ stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful resort on a private island. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The unit that we stayed was perfect for 2 families. Thank you wonderful sfaff!

Our stay at Outrigger Maldives resort was amazing and exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a Water Villa with a private pool which was more than wonderful. The Villa was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The setup of the Villas over the island is very nice and allows you to feel that the resort is never crowded,although its fully booked. Food at Blue Salt restaurant was always delicious during the 3 courses. The resort offers complimentary activities (e.g. Gym, Badminton, Snorkeling kits, SUP Boards, etc..). The beaches and water at the resort are really magnificent. We really enjoyed snorkeling there and we got the chance to see some dolphins and cute sharks. The staff were really kind and helpful, starting from the time of reaching KDM airport on arrival till arriving at the same airport on departure, a dedicated receptionist is assigned to you to make sure that your stay at Outrigger is a perfect one. Our assigned receptionist "Shuhad" welcomed us upon arrival, took us on a tour across the resort to explain all the facilities, and he also explained to us everything in our room. He was always keen on following up and ensuring that our needs are fulfilled immediately. He was really kind and helpful. Although you will need to spend some time to reach the resort (1 hour internal flight + 30 minutes with the boat) and also despite the high transfer cost, you will definitely never forget your stay here I am looking forward to my next stay at Outrigger Maldives resort.

Our stay at the Outrigger Konotta was magical. We’ve been to several other 5 star luxury resorts in the Maldives, most of which charge more than Outrigger but we feel Outrigger offers so much at a great rate. The service at the resort really stands out and is so personal with almost everyone knowing your name and always greeting with a smile. The food is delicious with so many options you won’t be able to try them all unless you stay a few weeks but even then they change up the dinner menu to have a full page of specials. The rooms are simple, stylish and generously sized and all have great plunge pools. The spa offers amazing treatments and has such a lovely staff. The fitness center is larger than that of other resorts and the kids area looks amazing and has its own pool and outdoor theatre! While the dining areas and common spaces may not be as spread out as in other resorts, I’d take the extra private space in the villa any day. The snorkeling at the house reef was fun and super easy to access and they also offer all types of excursions. The beach and water villas are extremely private and we highly recommend Outrigger Konotta and would return in a heartbeat!

We’re loving our stay at Outrigger Konotta, where we’re kicking off our multiweek Maldivian honeymoon. The service, accommodations, food, decor and grounds are all outstanding and we’ve been extremely happy here and wish our 6 night stay could be longer. Everyone here feels like family and there are special touches throughout the stay like the pastries at turndown time, coconut oil making class, small group wine tasting, etc. We stayed in both the beach and over water villas and they’re both extremely spacious and well-designed. I love how the overwater villa has views of the ocean from every room because of the smart layout and the only thing I wish was different was the deck setup since there isn’t much shade, which makes lounging on the deck harder. That fact that you can lounge in the separate living room or the bedroom and see the ocean definitely helps make up for this though. :) You definitely will not find yourself bored here. They seem to make more of an effort here to have things going on that aren’t on the typical weekly dive shop activities that you find elsewhere and the vibe is both friendly and simple luxury at the same time. I could go on and on but there’s a character limit. ;) the head chef Chris is awesome and we love the teppanyaki and sushi offerings, which we felt were superior in flavor to others we’ve had, which are primarily for the show. Our GSA Ayaz as well as everyone in the restaurant and grounds has been so lovely and we can’t wait to return

This resort is perfect. Staff was great. Food and drinks were great. Our water bungalow was clean and spacious. Lots of activities to choose from, but snorkeling was so close and easy to do there wasn’t a need for extra for anything extra. Nice therapy staff and pool

3泊利用しましたが、最高の滞在となりました。 1周15分50室ほどの客室数でこじんまりとしていますが、ハワスリーフも綺麗でドロップオフまで比較的近いのでストレスなくシュノーケルを楽しめました。 スタッフのほとんどが自分達の名前を覚えてくれていて、バトラー、レストランスタッフ、清掃スタッフ皆親切でフレンドリーな対応で、かつ適度な距離感が本当に心地良かったです。 食事は朝も含めオーダースタイル、朝はメインを2品選べるほか、パンやサラダやフルーツなどはビュッフェ形式となっています。食事は飛び抜けて美味しいものはありませんでしたが、どれも美味しく外れがありませんでした。 ほとんど気になるところはありませんでしたが、チェックアウト後に使用した、レセプションの脇にある男性用シャワールームの温度が冷たかったのと、（あったのかもしれませんが）ドライヤーが見つかりませんでした。 心のこもったスタッフのサービスに感謝です。 またいつか行きたいと思います。
