Luhana Motel Moruya

Our room was very clean and pretty big. We had a dog and they were very accommodating with the room they chose for us. Only negative was the bed. I felt like I was sinking in the middle. Otherwise would recommend

Was nice and quiet. Easy checking when reception closed. Carpet was quite stained and furnishings old. I booked and paid for a spa room - when enquired why was told they were booked out and I must of booked at the same time as someone else so missed out. No compensation offered.

The staff were overwhelmed by the trashed condition that previous tenants, the day before, had left. They had booked out the entire hotel so the staff had their work cut out. Despite the hotel being non-smoking, it was clear that the previous stayers had ignored this directive as the sheets and room smelled of cigarettes. The hotel is old so the condition overall was dated and not pristine. However, staff were very friendly and tried their best but, through no fault of theirs, our stay was less than comfortable. However, the location was convenient and we had a quiet stay.

So close to town, its quiet, the staff are friendly, rooms are great, cheap, definitely recommended,

Even though it was an older building it was very clean and well maintained

Location good, just 5 minutes walk from centre of town. My room quite large and others are smaller. Some housekeeping things were amiss first night but attended to upon request. Bathroom needed a finish to renovating but did not expect luxury at reasonable pricing. Overall a comfortable stay but dog owners need to be responsible if staying

Excellent location for our purposes and great staff. Clean, Clcomfortable and affordable. A bit of road noise, bit that is to be expected. Free wifi at a decent speed.
