Riad Infinity Sea

The hotel was quite well put together, nicely decorated and had a nice layout. But the true gem of this Riad is Marco. Was an outstanding host. Literally within minutes we had everything organized, transportation, restaurants, mobile phone. Stayed at different 5 star riads and none of them have anyone close to Marco. Marco thanks for making it happen.

It was an excellent overall experience. The hotel is very well located and the personalized attention from the staff was superb. The hotel is very clean, the ambiance exquisite and very well kept. The staff was on top of everything in order to make us feel welcome.

This riad (like many in Marrakech) appear very basic from the outside but when you walk in it's a completely different world. Nouredine greeted us on our arrival and made us feel at home. The room was small but incredibly comfortable and all we needed for our stay. Only complaint is that because it's traditional, there wasn't a proper lock on our door (only a padlock) as seems to be the standard there. Also the power of the shower wasn't amazing, but it was warm enough and all necessary amenities provided for. Would definitely recommend staying here and getting a hammam and massage to treat yourself.

First time staying in a Riad and this property was just amazing! The staff, managers and owner was very nice and accommodating. Location was about 10 minutes walk from the Old Madina which I didn't mind as it was away from the traffic and chaos. It has car access incase you have a rental which I did. Room was clean and neat. Expect small cozy rooms as it is more of a guest house than a commercial hotel room.

Marco and the team were absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, they couldn’t do enough for us. While the Riad itself was stunning and so, so calm (both my sister and I slept like the dead), the team went above and beyond with breakfast, service and just general advice on how to navigate Marrakech. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The Riad Infinity Sea significantly exceeded our expectations. We were very happy with our stay. Rooms were very clean. The roof top terrace was amazing for breakfast. Marco gave us very good tips as well (recommended a cafe to watch the sunset and best times/places to buy tickets). Would highly recommend this place - it was the best place we stayed at across Morocco (fes, Casablanca, Chefchaouen, desert).

Greatly appreciated the design of the Riad, the service, cleanliness, comfortable bed, closet/storage space and great location. Room lacked a desk and chair yet there is space available. Also, disappointed that guests were smoking in the reception and dining areas. Fortunately, rooftop was an option. The various stairwells (which are a gorgeous design with steep stairs) lack hand rails in some spots where you have to turn a corner, so it does require caution going up and down. The driver that the Riad calls on has a vehicle which does not have complete sets of seatbelts in the back seat.... only the front seat. Mentioned that to the Riad after the first experience, but then, on a separate day the driver showed up in the same car. On two separate days had to shower with lukewarm lukewwater as hot water was not available.

We loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the Riad itself is beautiful. We found the location to be very convenient as well, as it is easy to walk to all parts of the medina and also a short walk from an area frequented by many taxis. I would highly recommend Riad Infinity Sea to anyone visiting Marrakech!
