I reserved and prepaid this hotel several months in advanced. When we arrived; we were told it was 'full' and walked down the street to another hotel which had a room so small there wasn't enough room to open your suitcase. They did give us wifi and breakfast; after traveling for 36 hours we were in no position to argue. But this was a bait-and-switch.

Lovely, well equipped room, super bed, tea and coffee making facilities and great, helpful staff. Near all the sights and railway station.

This quirky guesthouse hotel was perfect for our sightseeing time in Rome. Ten minutes walk frome the Termini which provides bus tube and train services for Rome and beyond. Recommend paying for transfer provided by hotel as not obvious where it is at first. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in room and dining area, cold filtered water in communal area. Breakfast is basic but plenty for everyone. Staff not available 24 hrs but are very helpful with suggestions of what to do, where to eat and how to get there. Rome is an amazing city and this was the perfect place to see it from.

Welcoming hosts and great service. Room is spacy and clean. Nice breakfast , convenient location. Nice restaurant around as well. Recommend.
