Great place to stay. Really beautiful and in prime location. Always had stocked free water every day. Breakfast with a view on top of balcon that is included with stay. Wonderful experience.

Great location and friendly staff. Clean.

The staff made us feel like family. We dined at the excellent open air restaurant on the rooftop balcony. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. We watched the flag raising and lowering ceremonies from our room. We felt very safe, secure, and watched out for. Excellent.

Excellent hotel in great condition. The facility was clean and the staff at the restaurant was amazing. The front desk was professional but somehow failed sometimes at following up on request. I had to pay extra to check in earlier but somehow did not include breakfast for that day even if the cost was about 1/2 of the daily bill (showed up at 8am after doing a red eye). I thought it was a bit petty to charge us for coffee and bread. I also had some laundry that I wanted done and was told that it would come in the same day and at the end it did not and was expected to go to the front desk and pay for it first. I thought that was bad since I was not told about it in the 3 phone calls I made about laundry service. The location and the overall facility where amazing and overall was extremely safe.

From the moment you step into the hotel you are well taken care of by the friendly staff. The nice bellhop brings up your luggage, the very helpful concierge checks you in and takes care of whatever you may need. She helped arrange my covid test which was very convenient. I booked the junior suite so the room was nice and spacious. Every corner was very logically laid out with plugs everywhere for your devices. A very comfy bed and lots of chairs to lounge in and a big desk to do all your work. The view was great too, I honestly could have stayed the entire holiday in my room. Also the location is very walkable with tons of sites nearby. The Metropolitan cathedral is a stone's throw from the hotel and is the Zocalo square. There's also a really good restaurant on site with stunning views and great food. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Excellent location, clean rooms and exceptional service.

I am amazed at this hotel! Wow, wow, wow! Location was great! The decor, atmosphere was top notch, the breakfast that was included exceeded our expectations and the view from the balcony was beautiful! I cannot speak more highly of the customer service and attention to care. Everyone from the bell boys, receptionists, cleaning staff and waiters were polite, respectful and sooo friendly, I felt at home! Will highly recommend and return again!

we had great stay over there! zocalo which is downtown and location is awesome also veiw!! roof top bar/ restrant is adolable tho. frontdesk girl and,manager was awesome we have very early morning activity which we cant have breakfast,what they did to us is they packed for our breakfast as a lunch pack. they did to us as a city hotel which is 5star ! thankyou so nice of you!! we had big room then able to call massage (pic)

The security guard at the front door was very unpleasing and hostile, no manners at all to attend guests.
