Hotel Pamplona

The soft drinks in the mini bar were included in the room price. Cava was available at breakfast if you wanted it - bit early but nice touch.

Wasn't there long enough to comment objectively. Was in Spain on business, it was a place to sleep for 2 nights. Nice property though!

Lady at the reception when checkin was very nice and helpful. All over stay was amazing would definitely recommend...

The hotel is very nice and clean and reasonably modern compared to others in the area. The food is of a good quality, well above average. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My one gripe was that there was no room available to shower on the last evening before flying, due to the 1130am checkout. My son and I were left to shower and dress at the poolside prior to flying. In 30 degree heat this exercise was a waste of time. That and the beds were it very wide when used as a twin. Reminded me of our caravan single bed size. Overall the hotel and food is four stars easily. The beds not so much 4star.

Big cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night, AC not cold, hard bed, tiny room, floor always feel dirty even after cleaning, rude front desk staff, but the bar waiters are lovely.

Floating bean bags in pool were cool. Breakfast excellent choice.

Good modern hotel and staff. Nice pool, and able to get a sun bed.

Lovely 5 night break. 3 minute walk to beach and beach bars and restaurants. Short number 25 bus ride to Palma town and number 21 short bus ride to airport. Food and restaurant are very nice. Pool area a little quiet for me but also very lovely. Bar in evenings is quiet unless there’s a singer. I know some people prefer a quieter and relaxing atmosphere but I prefer it to be a little more lively. I like to use the gym and was looking for this amenity when choosing my hotel but the gym area is my one complaint. It has no fan or air con and very little working equipment. Running machine didn’t even work. Other equipment is very old. All hotel staff and their service is great and I can’t fault anything else about this hotel.

It was a family holiday the food was very good quality and a big variety. Staff were excellent and very pleasant but a lot of heavy drinking by young men around the pool.

I can say that this hotel was less than expected. House keeping and hotel services was way less than I expected. I would not come to this hotel again or recommend to a friend. This is the first hotel I encounter that charge money for using the safe box in the room... I think they cam improve their customer attitude and be more helpful. Again, front office staff was rude and not accommodation customers as they should. I witnessed this issue as I was in need to print my boarding passes and was not assisted to complete this job. Also, I saw one customer asking for a taxi but was not assisted or attended to properly. Staff was not helpful. In a positive note, we liked the breakfast.
