Mitsis Alila Resort & Spa – All Inclusive

Incredible stay! Unbelievably friendly staff in every part of the hotel, all of whom were willing to go above and beyond for us. Delicious food in a variety of restaurants. Beautiful setting, perfectly clean with a gorgeous pool and easy access to the beach with ample sunbeds and cheerful drink delivery right to us while we sunbathed! Absolutely no complaints and would recommend in a heartbeat!

Except the design of the shared spaces in the hotel everything else was horrible. The food is bad! Drinks are cheap, rooms are small and with no air, when opening the porch there is smell of cooking and smoke , from the room you can hear the other rooms , bad not comfy , the pool and the beach always missing towels. The staff are very nice and willing to help for everything. We expect with that price to get much better from everything we had there.

Beautiful property maintained to a very high standard, well appointed rooms, very good food and beverage service and quality evening entertainment. Staff are universally friendly and attentive. A genuine 5* resort with just a few of niggles. There are no toilets on the lobby level which houses the main buffet, lobby bar and night bar. Parking is on the hard shoulder on the opposite side of the road and can be a nightmare backing out. The interpretation of international cuisines is a little odd sometimes. The DJ playing house music for two hours does not qualify as entertainment. Speciality restaurants book up quickly so make reservations on arrival. The towels on sunbeds at dawn ritual still prevails, but it's not necessary; there are plenty to go around and they are very comfortable.

Guys listen. I am not one to usually review but in this case I am. I literally just visited this place for 6 nights with my part er and the hotel is amazing. The beach view is incredible and staff are also amazing! The ONLY problem for me was that the MAIN canteen food at ALL times was actually horrible lol..... BUT!!! Their other 6 restaurants are 5* quality!!! You have to book it in advance and you will not be disappointed. The hotel is clean! Staff are amazing! Covid secure! Unlimited food, drinks, lovely facility. Overall you will not be upset just book yourself in for the restaurants a day in advance!

Fabulous hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food is excellent, the rooms spacious and clean and we had a super time.

The resort is great, clean and very good food. I loved sitting at the night bar to have a drink and watch the sunset, the view was incredible. My only complaint was about the noise I heard from the hall.
