Great - but bed was mediocre The rest was great

Well, well, what a perfect spot to stay-at, only, having to walk, roughly five minutes to The Falls! Honestly, I’ve saw this place a few times, while, in Niagara Falls; but never stayed-here, until-now. Yes, yup, very happy that I did this week since, the room, that I had was awesome, having many features, like countless working tv channel’s, fridge w/freezer, microwave, a frig-gen huge bed, and a full-size washroom. plus, I guess, I should mention the location doesn’t charge for any parking, even if, other hotel/motel’s within and around Clifton Hill, Lundy’s lane, often do., not including a two minute walk,now to a Mc Donald’s for a coffee, too.

The place is clean just like the reviews said, however just down the street was comfort inn, actually a lower price and had nicer rooms , and more of a hotel experience. Still this is not a bad option but I felt the rating was higher , for what you get. Some of the chain hotels down the street have lower ratings, but they are actually better.

Was pleasantly surprised with how nice the room and hotel were. Room had been recently redone. Has a fridge with a freezer, microwave, gas fireplace, jaccuzzi tub. Everything was very clean except for some cobwebs and dust on the lampshades. Had difficulty getting hot water in the shower but the tub had no problem. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you would like to have a relaxing weekend away and don't want to be in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Niagara Falls. Was only a 12 min walk to Clifton Hill.

We were greeted by the most pleasant manager and his family that I have encountered in a long time. They checked in during our two day stay to be sure that everything was Ok and we were happy. It was Covid clean and very quiet, while still being close to the attractions. A very restful time away.

We went to Niagara Falls for a quick get-a-way and wanted to find a nice, clean place where parking was free, and we found it! When we entered our ground floor room, with parking at the door, (very convenient) there was a distinct odor of bleach. A little overwhelming at first, but we felt this meant the place was thoroughly clean, which gave us a sense of re-assurance. The room didn't just smell clean, it 'was' clean. The small fridge with filled ice cube trays in the freezer, and the microwave, were a nice bonus. The room was a nice size room, and the shower worked great!

The 3 of us had a great stay. It's a walking distance to all major attractions, restaurants, etc. The room was super neat. And last but not least, the owner is very nice. I highly recommend this place.

Definitely a good place to stat. Very clean.. receptionist is nice. Everything you need is in the room.
