Great Hotel in Bogota. Excelente staff and location.
It is ok, is located in a good and safe area. Many options for diner very close
The hotel was gorgeous! The front desk made all my dinner reservations and were very helpful with getting u a taxi if there aren’t any in the front of the hotel. There are two restaurants on the hotel premise, one Italian and one sushi. Both were great. The sushi restaurant Salvaj is one of the noted trendy place to be seen on the weekends. The bed was super comfy and the decor was very pleasing. Due to Covid, you can skip out on the housekeeping if you like, that was asked when you first checked in. Love the location of the hotel, plenty of shopping around and very walkable in the area. A taxi ride to the main attractions are only about 20 min away with Bogota traffic. Would definitely stay here again
Location is good, but the music every night coming from the “Salvaje” Restaurant is extremely loud it goes on until 12am! I was on the six floor and I could hear it blasting it was pretty loud. Then I got moved to a nine floor and I could still hear it a little bit. Overall the restaurants are pretty good. Breakfast was really bad I understand the Covid situation but I stayed at other restaurants I had more options The only thing they seen was the fruit platter.It was in an enclosed room very depressing. They could have done it on the rooftops with an open space. The comfort of the room with a king size is pretty good but for the one with the two beds is extremely small and no closet space. The Internet kept coming in and out which was pretty bad, the lobby of the hotel was really beautiful. Overall I gave the hotel a 7 is pretty on the outside and the lobby area, But not worth the price.
Great staff, speacially the two Davi’s and JUAN’s one was David Baron very nice and helpful at all times, I stay with different family members through the period of three weeks and he was always very helpful. It means a lot when you have somebody that goes beyond their job description. The Internet was pretty bad it kept coming in and out and it was very slow. I think they do need to upgrade. The breakfast options were very limited fruit platter look the same the eggs were poorly made and you had to beg them to heat up a piece of bread I think they could have really chosen a better location for the breakfast as is a very dark small room. Having to open rooftops I think that would have been a better option
The hotel is nice in good location with two excellent restaurants in the lobby but offer no good options for breakfast and no room service not if need a te.
a wonderful hotel in every way. the staff was excellent in coping with the virus epidemic. even though breakfast had to be taken in the room it was top level, and I know they are trying to figure out better ways.ideal location in bogota.

Excellent location, however public works in front of hotel don’t allow cars to arrive to front door. You need to carry your luggage for at least 400 meters to the side street. Public works begin before 8am and some are performed during the night, therefore if you are assigned a front room you will have trouble sleeping. Bellboys are great and extremely helpful with your luggage particularly since you need to go a long way to get transportation. Service in breakfast room is appalling. Staff without initiative.
