They charge me twice in error

The first problem was at check in, I have proved that my stay was already pay, I even show the email that shows paid in full, the clerk keeps telling me that they never charge in advance, so I was so tired and decided to pay again with my debit card, 10 minutes later they call me to refund my payment because they find out that I was correct. I was so angry because I knew I already pay , the thing is they don’t even want to check or anything wen I told them I was already pay in advance. Second.... the place is very noisy, can’t rest

Clean yet disappointing

The hotel, while being fairly basic, had everything necessary and was quite clean, if not slightly grim. My room overlooked a parking lot and the highway and I could hear traffic whizzing by all night. As I went to bed, I kept hearing what sounded like either fireworks or detonations of some kind - slightly unsettling. When I woke up at 3am for my 6am flight, there was no electricity, no phone and no water. A bit freaky - apparently there had been some "accident" during the night that no one could explain. There was a security guard on the floor waiting to escort me to the lobby however and the staff seemed equally confused, but offered no explanation. I would recommend eating before arriving as there are not a lot of food options on premises, and the fantastic looking rotisserie chicken place next door was not open.

Not bad for the price I paid and very close to Air

A very blah hotel that offered no English speaking service people, very limited food menu and difficulty communicating with staff. On the plus side, it was clean and had a very comfortable bed and was only eight minutes to the airport which is why I booked it. Although we didn’t have time for more than a small bite to eat, the breakfast bar looked very good and was very clean. Coffee was available easily to go. For what we paid, the value was excellent! I’d rather than them not speaking English, I just need to speak more Spanish.

We called a few days early for an early check in. The clerk "Hector" was very accommodating. When we arrived, we were told by the young man behind the counter that we could not check in until 3 pm. We told him we had spoken to Hector previously, and he agreed to let us check in, although he was clearly not happy. Once in our room, the window was slightly open, and when we tried to close and lock it so we could go out, the window did not have a lock on it. When we came down later to reserve our ride to the airport the next morning for 6 am, the same young man from check in said he only had rides at 5 am, 4 am or 9 am. We needed to be there at 6 am. He stated he could set us up in a cab, but we booked the hotel for the free airport transportation. We told him we would take care of it. We later called down for an Ice bucket since there was no Refrigerator or Ice on the floor, and it took several minutes for it to come. We did encountered a woman I believe was a maid for the rooms and she was very accommodating, helping us get the Ice brought to our room faster. Later we asked at the desk again about the airport transportation and a very nice young woman set our ride up for 6 am with no problem. The next morning, we did share the 10 person van with one other couple to the airport! Over all stay was good, and we would definitely stay there again!

Convenient location, good price,

Stayed here twice...before and after my flight. The service staff are friendly and the hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel itself is dated and in need of some TLC. However, the room was comfortable and clean. I didn’t care for the breakfast, very basic, not really enjoyable , although the coffee was good The price was really good which allows you to overlook its wrinkles. Anyway, I believe my main issue was my expectation of the high quality you come to expect from Wyndham Gardens, unfortunately this facility didn’t come close

Very basic accommodations. Noise from the nearby highway permeated the bottom floor room during our stay. Farther from the road and higher in the building might have helped.

I still can’t believe that this is a Wyndom property. The lobby is fine but it goes downhill from there. The solid white hallways are approximately 2 and 1/2 feet wide. The room looked out at the parking lot. There was no soap, shampoo or amenities of any kind. It was sparsely furnished with no reading lights on the side tables. I couldn’t wait to get out of here!
