Broomhall Castle

Great property and amenities. We really liked the relaxed atmosphere and castle setting.

This castle is absolutely beautiful, loved the food, and staff was very friendly. However, our room smelled of heavy varnish/paint. So strong that even with the large windows opened throughout the night; was unable to get a good rest. Also, felt unwell for the next few days. Just a note for those sensitive to chemicals like me. Otherwise, wonderful.

Good car parking friendly staff go out there way for you rooms as you would expect food well yet another reason to come back along with breakfast don't bother staying if your on a diet my 3rd visit

Great room in a style that suits the baronial look of the place. Staff friendly and helpful with great service and fantastic food. The breakfast is cooked to order and there’s plenty to choose from, the restaurant offers good food at competitive prices. Wide selection of drinks available. The Castle is well situated for exploring the area. Would definitely be back, I think the only issue is that it’s not wheelchair friendly and there’s a good number of stairs, that’s the only drawback I can see, other than that it’s a definite must stay in my book
