Riad Itrane

We loved the Riad, it was a beautiful place and the owners as well as the staff were so welcoming and friendly! We loved our room, the roof terrace and the breakfast area. We had a lovely romantic dinner in the Riad, really advisable! And also we became great advice about places to visit and restaurants to eat the other evenings.

Just a short walk from the madness of the souk, Riad Itrane was a little oasis of calm and serenity in a city of hustle and bustle. From the moment we stepped in through the front door it felt relaxed, and Abdou, Abdul and Sufian were always on hand to help, advise and guide us through our stay. All the little seating areas throughout the Riad from the courtyards to the roof terraces, were beautifully and comfortably furnished, with enough areas to feel that you were truly private. Our dinner the first night was delicious and is well worth ordering so that you don't have to find somewhere good to eat before you've got your bearings. Breakfast every morning was never the same and all freshly cooked. We stayed in Etamine on the second floor, it had been set up as a twin for me and my friend and was perfect. My only slight criticism was the bed was a little too firm, but that's just personal preference. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and in good repair. All in all if you're looking for a home away from home, peaceful but 2 minutes away from the action, you can't go wrong with Riad Itrane

Super nice oasis of peace in the center of Marrakesh medina. Loved the service, rooms, especially the decor, the way it feels park like (which btw. is what riad in general means). It feels quiet and calm, shooting after hustle and bustle in the streets of Marrakesh. The personnel is super friendly and helpful and they have a great breakfast. Warmly recommended.

I tried to book this property and pay through Orbitz. It turned out my card company felt it was a fraudulent transaction and reached out for confirmation. In the interim, I then received numerous offensive emails from the Riad owner about why my card did not work and would I send my information back again through email. It was fortunate that this transaction was unsuccessful as we booked a different location which was stunningly beautiful and beyond all expectation. I continued to receive phone calls and offensive emails for the months leading up to holiday. I asked to stop correspondence and ignored them. They continued to contact me. I have no doubt it is a beautiful facility. Please note their feedback for others.

Exceptional in every respect - from communications beforehand to location (very close to the central square yet so very quiet) to staff to quality of room. Breakfast was well-chosen and served in one of the courtyards. The room (Urantia) was ample, well-designed, with huge terrace/patio above. I have only positive things to say about this place and I will definitely stay there next time.

Riad Itrane is truly an amazing place. Everything including the room, location, staff and cleanliness was amazing. I highly recommend it!!
