Studio Inn and Suites

The stay was ok. My room carpet was noticeably dirty and at first I thought there were bed bugs but it turned out to be little tiny roaches. I can deal with that, I just bought a glade plug in got rid of the carpet smell and environment friendly spray to get rid of roaches and my 3 day stay was so much better. There was no ironing board in the room and no iron but the office gave me an iron during the stay. The lady at the front desk was very kind and housekeeping did come in daily to freshen up the towels and straighten out my bedding.

The blanket was ripped and there is no napkins in the room

The lady at the info desk told us to leave after she assumed that we were arguing in our room on 11/6 at 7:45 am. And she threatened us and asked us if we known who she was. Her name was Ven as she wrote on the paper, she was an African american lady. I have stayed in numerous 5 star hotels in all around the world in all my life but unfortunately my last two visits with you guys were very unsatisfactory. My first visit at Marriott they took my credit card and charged me for wifi and parking without letting me know. And you guys provided me a coupon to use in the future. And this time I tried to use my coupon and we got kicked out by an employee that assumed we were arguing, without any verbal warnings and she refused to give our receipt for our stay. I know my rights, I had to call the police and explain them what happened; then the lady provided the receipt. I am disabled and I use knee scooter, this is totally unacceptable. I reported this issue yesterday over the phone to a representative; she contacted with the hotel and called me back and said she will speak with a manager when she arrives at 3:30pm but nobody called me back. I am assuming that lady at the info desk misinformed you guys and said there was no manager on duty. Please investigate this and avoid this to happen in the future. Nobody should be treated like this. And I am requesting my credit back!!

I arrived after a long drive. I was given a room that was already being used. As I opened the door, I found men's shorts and shoes in the room. I returned to the office to let the girl know. Instead of getting me another room she began calling the other workers to find out who had given the room out. When I mentioned that she could just give me another room she snapped back that that's what she's going to do. The room was ok but the tub had rust stains. The other guests were carrying on outside the room . The walls were thin and the bed was against the wall of the next rooms's tv. Unfortunately the volume was up rather loud. Neighborhood left much to be desired. Definitely will not be back.

Checkin was very easy. The young lady that greeted me was friendly and professional. Room was just the right size for my husband & I and very clean. We ended up coming here because we normally stay at the Embassy Suites down the street. However, we now said we prefer to stay at this location instead because its a smaller establishment and not as busy. The price is also more economical for pretty much the same amenities as the hotel aforementioned.

Amazing stay definitely will be back..both ladies,from evening shift to morning check out were amazing! The best personalities from both which made it a comfortable experience from a stressful day.Thank you ladies (:

Rooms had a strong cigarette smell and bathroom looked dirty.

There was hardly any parking. Anyone towing anything will not fit and should not go there. There was no coffee, no alarm clock, and it was noisy. It was, however, next to a mall with lots of restaurants. The host checking me in was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. She was the best part of the hotel stay.

Very nice and clean stay here. Walking distance from the shopping plaza that is in the area and movie theater. The cleanliness made our stay more at ease especially during this pandemic.
