Strawberry Park Resort

It is clean and nice. Staff are friendly. Quiet environment, near to eating places and tourist attractions.

The staff were fantastic and the food was very tasty. Our room was ok, the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the sliding door to the balcony was broken, preventing access, but also meaning the door didn't seal correctly and the room was damp. Location is good, close to the town but also in a beautiful setting, surrounded by luscious greenery and musical birdsong.

View, customer service and cleanliness was amazing

Beautiful and secluded resort with charming garden. Friendly staff. We had lunch at the restaurant and it was good with reasonable price. Kids loved the indoor heated swimming pool and playground. There are ample parking space and we are able to park in front of our block. We stayed at 2 bedroom Fresno suite and there is huge space for our suitcases. We enjoyed the view from balcony.

property is a bit old, amenities not so great.

The View is amazing, but the resort looks quite old and their service is not 24 hours, I asked for water around 11:30 PM and they said their room service staff leaves at 11 PM and I was asked to come and get the water by myself !!!!!! my building was like 100 meter away from the main lobby building. the room did not have heaters and the wether was quite cold. their food delivered to the room was not very nice. However, the Indian restaurant food was very nice.

We booked into their Tioga Deluxe Suite. There were missing items in the room such as toothbrushes, bedroom slippers and floor mat. Pipe at the toilet was leaking. Breakfast toast came with roach dropping and I have to ask to get them replaced.

The location is tranquil and beautiful. Breakfast spread is rather limited. Also the rooms are not well maintained. Our toilets leaked with water on the floor and there is no mirror in the bedrooms. Also there are no lifts and we had to walk up to our room on the top floor.

I stayed here on my way to KL from Penang and so pleased I did...beautifully relaxed peaceful hotel, so nice to be in a room that did not need aircon. Food fantastic as were the views from the dining room. The only bit of disappointment was the pool area really needs upkeep and making nice.
