Perfect location and comfortable amenities in amazing city.

I went to Rome to meet my daughter after she had been traveling with a Contiki group so we could travel together for a week. I wanted a central place with the comforts of home. I got that an more. To be honest the rooms were small but it was all that we needed. It was central and the place was clean, very well appointed and the staff were fantastic. It really was a fantastic place to stay. We will be back! Stay here, you will be very happy.

I can’t say enough good things about this unexpected two bedroom / two bath find right next to the Spanish Steps. Exceptionally easy to get to by metro or taxi (just go to the Steps). We had a tiny terrace overlooking the piazza which we couldn’t get enough of (great photo ops and people watching) and despite the heavy foot traffic just outside our windows well into the evening, when the windows closed the rooms were silent and we slept like babies. Good air conditioning too. Conveniently staffed and helpful front desk and tiny but efficient elevator - we sent our luggage up and walked the flight up to meet it. The decor features some original paintings as well as kitschy European touches that made the stay especially unique. Shopped, toured, ate at wonderful Dilla’s ... would 100% do it again.

This is not a hotel,it is a “guest house”. The staff were friendly enough but there were several issues, no ice available, no one in attendance after 10:30 at night until 7:30 in the morning, bed & pillows very uncomfortable, bath linens terrible, etc. I will say the location was outstanding. Easy walking distance to key tourist locations.
