Great place to stay...rooms very clean and very comfortable beds....foid was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Brilliant location for walking.

Really enjoyed overnighting at this hotel. Food, accommodation and service were all first class. Situation was perfect for early start to climb Ben Lomond.

Excellent location, right on the shores of Loch Lomond and plenty of routes to walk. Very busy location but staff all pleasant and deliver a high level of service - strict Covid 19 restrictions in place which gives comfort. Food in restaurant very good as well as breakfast menu. Stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed everything - well done to all!

Fantastic Staff, location, dining and rooms all add up to make this a great place to stay. Waking up to views over Loch Lomond from the room is something special. We had a deluxe room with breakfast and it was worth every penny. We will definitely look to include a try here o n our next trip to Scotland. Thoroughly recommended.

Cute little cottage overlooking the lake! Staff was incredibly friendly and the food at their restaurant was wonderful. The only thing to note is that their definition of king bed is different than US standards (smaller, more like a queen)

We had a 1 night stay at the Oak Tree Inn as part of a trip for my wife and I to Scotland. We booked a deluxe double room and therefore expected this to be something quite special. We saw on the photos varying standards of rooms when we booked and unfortunately it seems we had a lower grade standard. Our room was actually very basic, very small and not value for the money we paid. We had a very small seating area outside that overlooked various buildings that I assumed to be lodges, homes etc. These weren’t very attractive. We could then see a small section of the Loch but again found this disappointing. The location is obviously the reason for the excessive price (in my opinion). The restaurant was very nice and food very good. Just a shame there’s nowhere comfortable to sit and enjoy a relaxing drink by a fire. Breakfast was good too. Based purely on the price and standard of the room, we would not stay here again.

Excellent position by the lochside. Our allocated room was a bit dark with road view.

Everything was execptional. This might be the best place I have ever booked. From the staff to the food to the rooms and the atmosphere I wouldn’t change a single thing.

Nice place with great service. It is a lodge on Loch Lomond so rustic but what I expected. The restaurant was good and breakfast was good and included with the stay. Beautiful location. Easy commute to Glasgow. We left at 8:30 and were at the airport by 9:15.
