Отель вполне нормальный за свои деньги . Понравилось : достаточный завтрак , разрешили оставить вещи после 11 утра до отъезда в аэропорт . Не понравилось : некоторые проблемы с водой по утрам .

Очень не уютные номера. Убрано, но все равно кажется что не очень чисто, сильно накурено. Неудобные кровати. Вся мебель обшарпанная. Туалет и душ очень маленькие, как не повернёшься все время ударяешься о раковину. Парковка вдоль дороги, бесплатная, но очень сложно найти свободное место. В целом не советую. Расположение тоже не очень, далековато от общественного транспорта. Завтрак средний. Из горячего только вареные яица не первой свежести. Нет нормально кофе.

Value for money. Room was specious and clean. Service was helpful. Breakfast was limited but ok. Only negative aspect was that the used laundry cages were front of our door. There are free parking around the hotel and safe to park. Berlin was easy to reach by public transport. Receptionist was helpful about all those questions.

They insisted I pay cash on check out. No coronavirus precautions at breakfast buffet

We were never able to go because of the coronavirus..... Germany was not letting US tourists in... and it was to be the last night of a month’s trip in Germany before we flew home. The price was non refundable, but every other reservation in Germany refunded our money, as it was not our fault. But this place, would not....and we tried twice, but they would not budge. So forget staying here.

Terrible service, we asked for help at reception and they were rude, just wanted to get rid of us,

There was no hot water or shampoo. I wouldn't go again.

Difficult to find entrance to Hotel due to scaffolding around building, also sign inside the door was facing inwards not towards street. Reception is on the 1sy floor. Very little English was spoken but if you practice a little German the reception was warmer. We arrived early but were allowed access to the room. The room was very large with very squeaky floorboards due to age of building and was lackinga little TLC. Furniture and furnishings very basic, quilts were not even summer thickness (4.5 TOG) but there were extra quilts in the wardrobe which we used. Toilet has a macerator so very noisy. Towels not very soft (a bit like sandpaper) but clean and replaced daily. No hairdryer provided which is unusual these days and caused some difficulty, we came back earlyfrom sightseeeing one day so that I couldwash my hair and let it dry naturally. Free WiFi is available in the room. Continental breakfast was good and regularly topped up. Yogurts, bread, rolls, cheese, cold meats, hard boiled eggs, jam and marmalade, cereals, fruit salad, tea and coffee were all laid out, do not expect anything like an English breakfast. Supermarket opposite was very good and had a small cafe. The Hotel is handy for bus routes. The Tegel Airport express bus 109 stops about 12/15 minutes walk away. I would recommend purchase of the Berlin Welcome Card as Hotel is not really local to majority of attractions. Transport is easily accessible and gets you into Berlin Central.

I had a reservation for this hotel that I had cancelled through expedia. Apparently due to a glitch in the system, my cancellation hasn’t gone through. So I was charged over $1000 by the hotel, even though I was staying in another hotel. I called them and after a lot of exhausting discussions with them they agreed to pay me $500 back. I tried calling expedia over and over again but there is no actual person I can talk to!!! So I have lost $500 and expedia is not answering me!!

Nobody speaks English and no one is at the front desk from 10 pm to 6 am. No air conditioner and no fans. Towels are of rough quality.
