Clean and close to everything. Good staff as well who were very helpful

When I saw some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive about what the service would be like. It was really good, reception went over and above, housekeeping were really fab, the bar and restaurant areas were always cheery and helpful. I would say it is not a 5 star by British standards but t is by Moroccan standards and we stayed in quite a few places. great pool, pool bar, restaurants all really good, Seven is great for a romantic dinner watching the sunset.

I like the location and the pool area , the staff at the piano bar and the front desk need to be trained more

Great Hotel when it comes to location and customer service. I have been staying at this Hotel every time I visit Essaouira, and each time it has been an amazing experience. All rooms are extremely clean with plenty of amenities, rooms have an awesome view of the ocean; if you decide to upgrade (strongly recommend). Front desk staff speak English as well and are very helpful, in providing quality exceptional customer service from the Hotel doorman to the manager. Hotel has full restaurant with many decent menu items to offer, not bad at all! Hotel also offers full SPA services for additional cost. Strongly recommend this Hotel.

The checking-in was chaotic and took a hour to complete. The room was large clean and spacious, however the bed was not made up correctly. We had to call reception to get the bed made up. There is no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Nor any iron. Rang reception several times to eventually borrow an iron. There's no ice machines in the hotel and had to go to the ground floor bar for ice. Bar staff were not happy having to loan us glasses to carry the ice. Breakfast, at best can be described as mediocre..... nothing to write up. The staff were NOT very warm or engaging, even though the hotel was largely empty. The best part of the hotel is the beautiful artwork and sculptures on the ground floor areas. Other then that, I will not be rushing back to this establishment.

Lovely big rooms with great views of the ocean. A big breakfast spread. Perfect location to come back to after a day of kite surfing.

This is a lovely, large hotel. Apart from carpets in the corridors, which seem slightly tired in places it is in good condition and offers good value for money. Essaouira can be very windy and this was the case during our stay. At 23 degrees it was 15 degrees cooler then Marrakech and 5 degrees cooler then Agadir but the wind made it feel a good 5 degrees cooler.

Very large hotel with a lovely property. We didn't see any people swimming at the beach, only surfing and kite boarding. There was also a sign not to swim at on part, though it wasn't clear whether or not that applied to the whole beach. People don't really seem to come here to swim.

The bes you can get for your money. Clean, nice, buffet breakfast with lots of options and closeness to most things you would want.
