Great hotel, amazing service (they even turned on the sauna for me after hours). The hotel is a little piece of history with upgraded rooms and amenities, very clean and the staff is super attentive to detail

The hotel is a beautiful older hotel but has been updated wonderfully. The staff there is tremendous. We stayed last year, and when we returned, they remembered us! Every attention to detail has been met from the air conditioning (worked beautifully by the way), the food, everything! This is my favorite hotel we e ever stayed at and we have stayed at hundreds! I can’t say enough about all the staff there either. They are all wonderful people who really seem to care about their clients comforts.

Fantastic service, spotlessly clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast buffet and menu with broad choice, good location for tram/metro or walking along the river to attractions. Some good local restaurants and quiet for sleeping. Would def recommend and return.
