Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Strathmore

Stay here every two weeks for business..excellent staff and facility.

I know we are in a pandemic right now but i have stayed in other hotels during these times and i would say that this hotel was probably my least favorites. I understand changes have to be made but i felt that some small service could of been offered.They advertise free breakfast and all we saw was bread and bagels.We have stayed in hotels where they still offer cereal, yogurts,muffins etc..Sorry to say that it will be very unlikely that we will stay again

Good precautions taken with COVID. Could have had muffins/fruit at breakfast

Stay was great using the Hotels APP is the horror of life.

The manager is dishonest. I've been staying at Wyndham Hotels for over 12 years and I've never had a worse experience then staying at this location. I had 4 rooms booked through Expeida, but I always pay at the hotel as sometimes my work ends early and I check out early. I went to book out early and the hotel clerk informed me that I needed 24 hours notice to check out early and refused to refund my 2 extra nights. I then talked to the manager and he refused to give me a refund until I threatened to call Wyndham. I've never had to give notice when checking out early at Wyndham. The manager failed to email me a receipt so I stopped at the hotel afterwards and talked to another hotel clerk and she had never heard of this 24 hour notice for early check outs. There is nothing on their website indicating that I had to give notice. Also the hotel had no maid service even though other hotels have been offering it for some time. Pools and Gym were closed even though at the time it was October and Covid was under control.

I understood that there was no ice due to COVID but you also couldn’t get cold water from the taps, it was just lukewarm. There were a lot of dead flies in our room as well which was gross.

Always a good stay. Quiet,clean, outstanding front desk staff.

Clean room..comfortable bed..quiet. fast check in and out. Stayed in almost every hotel in Strathmore and this one is miles above all the rest.

Very unfriendly front desk clerk. She o ly gave us 1 key card because she said they ran out of cards. I went back an hour later and asked again and was given one. She also did NOT explain the hotel rules ie.the pool rules, the breakfast rules etc

Just an overnight stay but everything was great
