Great location just a short 5 - 10 minute walk to the waterfront and Salamanca markets. The rooms were modern and had a great view of the city from the third floor. It was great having the on-site parking and to be just a 1 minute drive to multiple supermarkets to stock the kitchen. The apartment was two-storey with bathrooms and beds upstairs and the kitchen and lounge downstairs. A huge flat screen TV and free wi-fi. While the parking was great the parking spots are quite narrow and the exit is just as narrow. We had a mid-sized SUV and it just squeezed out, exit with caution as the driveway out is very narrow. The only other issue was probably the biggest but perhaps was just a bit of bad luck as the room smelled like someone had previously vomited and they had obviously cleaned the room as best they could but most people will know it takes a while for that distinctive smell to disappear. We tried to air out the room each day and it gradually got better by the third day but it was a very unpleasant smell when we first walked through the door. At first I thought it must be the cleaning chemicals used but my family and I could all smell the same unpleasant smell. I guess a previous tenant had an accident and we got bad luck with the room allocation.

10-15min walk to Salamanca Markets and harbour, right next door to bottle shop. 10min walk to Woolworths, shops and takeaway places.
