The Boathouse Hotel

The Boat House was great. From the moment we got there staff was ready and waiting and was very helpful with everything we needed. The breakfasts were very good with lots of selection. The location was great across the road from the beach and easy walking distance for town. I would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at The Boathouse! The staff was very welcoming, the breakfast was fantastic, and we felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. Kamari beach is basically the "front yard " of the hotel. You can sit and enjoy morning coffee while watching the beautiful Mediterranean. Overall, it felt very authentic with the right touch of comfort. There are several good restaurants, cafes (coffee and crepes!), and shops within a few minutes of relaxed walking. There are also a few convenience stores nearby for bottles of water, snacks, or any personal items you might have forgotten to bring. The bus stop that connects to the island central station is a 6-minute walk. We explored most of the island from this location. Our theory is that we would rather stay by the beach and take a bus (or car, or ATV) elsewhere for more shopping, etc. On our returns to Kamari after venturing out, we would see wet people getting on the bus for a chilly trip back to wherever they were staying on the island. By staying at The Boathouse you do not need to take a wet bus ride after swimming in the Mediterranean!

Room was nice and clean. Kamari beach is away from the main tourist volume so it's a bit quieter. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. I'd recommend this hotel to a friend.

Our stay at The Boathouse hotel was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Evie gave us very precise recommendations and Ani made terrific mojitos!
