Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Holland

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I traveled with my mom, daughter, and dog for an activity in the area. They brought a clean remote to the room when we requested it (I guess they remove them when you check out to give them a COVID - cleaning), gave us suggestions for dinner in the area (even though everything was carry-out/curbside only), and were friendly. The beds were very comfortable with all white linens and the bathroom clean and well stocked with towels. We will be back in April, for Tulip Time in Holland. The chair in the room needed to be recovered, it was dirty/stained.

I hate to say this everthing was just ok. I understand you get what you pay for. My first clue that the front glass doors were smeard, not clean . Check in went well. Very large hotel not alot of cars in lot at night, i was asked for a room request, i just as for a quite room, well the room next to me i really think were drug dealers people at there door day and into all hours of the night. Sorry most of there visitors look like crack heads. On Saturday night there smoke alarm went off around 9 at night and went on for about 30 minutes. Like i said not a bad hotel but i would never stay there again. Also during my stay my phone blinked the entire time i was there i asked abput it and the young man behind the counter did speak English well, all he could say was "I don't know"...then i ask him what was there to do in Holland again "I don't know " not helpful at all...

It was a cheap room: overhead lights way too bright, no lamp lighting, toilet paper holder loose in wall, hallway noise, direct tv impossible w/o any local wth?? I couldnt find guide or even network stuff. Needed blanket, coffee very lameoh. Then fire alarms went off about 10ish, repair work kinda early wth!! 👎

It was a lot nicer than I thought. Very clean rooms and excellent customer service. Only negative is the bed. It's a bit too hard.

Bed was quite hard, room was a little small.

Front desk was thorough and accommodating. No breakfast or lobby coffee available, even prepackaged. Safety lock on room door was missing a piece, so didn’t lock. No lamps in room. Exterior door was completely unlocked although signage To exterior indicated it might stick shut, it did not. Location and price were good for the area.

Have always enjoyed their window seats - now their remodel includes a small roll pillow. but miss the second TV across from the sofa. Since they now have only one TV in the suite would rather have it there.

Dirty, dusty, broken toilet seat, broken alarm clock, broken elevator buttons, unable to provide change for vending or laundry machines... not a good experience

Cleanliness is not their strong suit. Pictures are misleading. I would not stay here again as there are other options close to this price point.

Place is a dump. Would not bringMy wife here. Dry wall falling off wall in bathroom.
