Beautiful view from large deck but the furniture needs to be updated. Very faded from the sun and bed wasn’t comfortable.

If you can ignore the stained couch, lack of blankets/poor quality bedding, and a television that doesn’t work, it was a good location and staff was very nice. Good luck For the nightly rate this was not as all as advertised, we could have booked the hostel down the street and saved some money.

Overall just ok hotel. Definately not worth the $$ that is costs to stay here. Room was not ready at checkin time of 3pm. Toilet paper was terrible felt lile computer paper! Pillows lumpy and terrible and bedding very basic. Great location but other than that not impressive.

There were no housekeeping services! You had to request toilet paper and towels daily.

One side of this hotels beach view rooms are directly above three huge loud restaurant exhaust fans blowing a disgusting smell and relentless noise directly at you. You can’t open the door to your balcony much less sit out there. The stench and noise is intolerable especially for the price of the room. This could at the very least be disclosed at any point in the booking or registration process

This resort is in a great location. Close enough to walk to the shops, bars & restaurants, but far enough that it doesn't feel chaotic. Due to Covid, there is no fitness center-which was a disappointment. Also, you have to call anytime you need towels or garbage bags etc. No easy exchange or daily process. Worth noting that you have a mini-fridge, a mini coffee maker and no stove in the units. Also, laundry is down the hall for a fee. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella was a nice bonus.

My Husband and I celebrated our anniversary here, upon checking in the room appeared to be clean and in order as days went by things changed. Due to the weather we turned the heat on and found several hair balls not from myself in places all over the room. (Vents need to be cleaned) We are assuming they came from the vents. We also found small Prices of trash still in cans in the room. We did cook in our room which was great everything we needed was provided, the stove was small and hard to read the settings, they need to be replaced, after a few attempts it worked great for what we cooked. When we did the dishes in the dishwasher it was not hooked up right and leaked water all over, thank goodness we hadn’t left the room yet. Maintenance came fairly quick, but said because the way we loaded the machine it was our fault. (I know how to load a machine) the next day another order was in place to install the machine correctly. All in all everything was minor issue nothing that wasn’t easily taken care off. I did not like the fact we had to call for everything needed due to covid not like people are following it in fort Myers anyway and yo charge the same resort fee was crazy. The Hotel was beautiful and taken care we didn’t use the pool due to the weather. My main complaint is as nice as this place is and what we pay per night The toilet paper needed to be upgraded single ply TP was ridiculous Scott’s thousand sheets was better than what you provided.

Has all you need. Great view and position on the beach.
