We enjoyed our stay when we arrived at the hotel the nightly pricing was different than the online pricing. The manager adjusted the rate. Parking was great, construction going on, But it did not interfere. Overall it was a great hotel and I would book my stay there again

I arrived about two hours early & the front desk (located on 6th floor) hostess was not too friendly. It turned us off & we actually booked another hotel room. There was a lot of construction & confusing valet. The hotel was really beautiful & clean & cool. But the area was not good, construction was bad, and the service was okay. We came back later to check out the room & just see, since we paid for it. It was beautiful, but again, service was not too friendly this time either.

Amazing rooms and style! Bartenders didn’t seem ready to go when they opened and got behind pretty quick. Construction all around the property. The room, rooftop bar, and pool were all great!

Would recommend waiting until more construction is complete in the area.

This place shouldn’t be open yet, too much construction outside and still working on the hotel also. People were putting down trim at 12:30 at night. Only valet parking available for $25 a night, didn’t know that until I checked in. I’m not sure what the concept is supposed to be here. I stayed at these type places in Europe, it’s not as expensive, not in an area be built up like midtown and just simple idea

Average stay. Hotel is still being built so you’re walking around & staying in a construction site. Room was new & clean but poorly constructed. To list a few: sliding shower door would not stay closed as it was not leveled (we had to wedge cardboard in the track to keep it closed), water leaked from shower due to poor seal & created pool around toilet, water from sink faucet collects on counter & pours down wall which is the back of bed headboard where electric plug ins are, no outlet on bed side table on one side of bed, & bedside table several feet away on other side of bed requiring you to get out of bed to use it or set things on it. All of these are ‘little things’ separately but collectively it points out the poor design/shoddy construction.

I was looking for a quick, local 1-night stay to get away from my apartment for the day and was offered a great rate for a nearly-new hotel weeks into operation I'm glad I chanced, because it was wonderful! The mixed reviews dragging down the score are for a minor dryer fire in the laundry area that was no doubt annoying but never a big danger because sprinklers and safety features worked. They also quick to spot the mask resisters and delivered a friendly but firm reminder AND masks to put on straight away! The only security issue is the combination of no room key being required for the elevator and check in being upstairs, but most of those with lobbies downstairs and no key cards don't pay attention to who goes up, either. I never felt unsafe at any point, and although the area is what I would call redeveloping rather than fully established, it's not in a "bad" area, just not one with as much retail and restaurant choice right out the door (though that is coming). Their open-air rooftop restaurant is GREAT (if a bit pricy), and there's a room refrigerator with plenty of room for drinks, snacks, and stashing leftovers. The plump chicken breast and individual red potatoes on the side for smashing could easily stretch 2 meals, and the cheesecake was a proper portion, no small sliver!

Description and pictures of hotel room were nothing like the actual hotel room. No description was given that the hotel was newly built and not yet completed. There was no signage or notification sent out that check in was on the 6th floor. Valet was slow, maybe due to limited parking for 2 hotels that are joined in one building, and all the construction surrounding the building. Shower leaked from improper sealing around the shower, and I imagine the bathroom in next room also leaked because there was water coming through wall. Room itself was comfortable and trendy.

This place is just not ready to open. Construction ongoing, no signage Anywhere, awkward entry, rooms dirty, valet useless. Extremely loud, uncomfortable room design and bedding. Misleading advertisement for amenities, Drunk patrons, loud all hours of night, room smells of marijuana...not for families or children at all. No trash receptacles anywhere so trash everywhere. Poorly managed and designed. Period
