Club Regina Puerto Vallarta

My husbands drink at the pool area was drugged and he was out of it for 12plus hours. Couldn't walk or talk. Staff helped but never heard back from them regarding this insident after it was reported and they said they would check the tape. We were told from a few staff members that it had happened there before. Would have been good to know of any precautions to take at this hotel.

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in thus far.

Check in at 4pm and check out at 10am does not work. They advertise one price and when we got there with our paid reservation, they told us there were additional charges. Once we got to our room, it had a musty odor, and the entire room was covered in condensation(floors, walls) after a call to front desk, we waited a long time and no one showed up, we left for dinner and when we came back it was fixed. I called the front desk to ask if there was ice and no one picked up the phone. The only good service was provided by the bell boys!

It's in a very good location, walking distance to the marina which has a lot of stores and restaurants.
