Hotel Allegra

Lovely presented hotel for a 3 star. Very clean. Service was almost too discreet--we only seen and communicated with 1 member of staff for less than a few minutes on check in. Wasn't impressed after returning from a trip out to find our bedroom door had been left wide open by the cleaner leaving our belongings vulnerable to potential theft!! This was due to a problem with the door on room 219 that really needs fixed ASAP. Service could be a lot more visable than it is.

excellent hotel. great friendly staff. very clean and quiet. great location next to friedrichstrasse train station and good restaurants round about reasonably priced.

This place is awful, small, dirty with gross carpet. Do not stay here. Go to the best western down the street.

No warning when booking the tmroom that the hotel is under repair/construction. The noise Friday afternoon while I em was trying to sleep and again 7:30am Monday morning was deafening. Construction workers walked in and out of the front entrance hauling their tools. The reception was moved across the street at another hotel without notice so I wandered around for 15 minutes until another guest told me. The internet password they gave me was for the other hotel so it took 30 minutes for the front desk to get the tech guy to resolve. Front desk folks really worked hard and did their best but property management was horrible. Did not have a good experience.

Hotel was undergoing major redevelopment. I only stayed 1 night - was woken at 7.30am by very loud drilling, so no chance of a lie-in. Cleaner walked into the room at 8.30am - no idea why they couldn't have waited until I checked out. Room was comfortable and clean, and hotel was well located.

Hotel is being renovated. We weren’t aware of this when we booked. Elevator not working when we checked in. Given a 5th floor room and had to walk up with luggage-we are in our 60’s. No air conditioner but they brought up a fan. No coffee maker and breakfast additional 15 euros each. Pillows lumpy- mattress comfortable but sets into bed frame so uncomfortable to sit on edge. Tv remote didn’t work but they replaced batteries promptly. Bathroom very nice but magnifying mirror set back too far above sink so couldn’t use.

Alt hvad et trygt, rent, centralt og venligt storbyhotel skal være var Hotel Allegra. Den perfekte ramme for et par dage i Berlin - alt inden for gå afstand og velfungerende service.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelesen, Rezeption im Schwesterhotel gegenüber, aber Frühstück im Haus. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber funktional und sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig.

L'hotel Allegra est très propre. Simple, mais confortable. En particulier, les lits ont des matelas formidables! Notre chambre (399) était très silencieuse. La zone est idéale pour les touristes: moyens de transports à deux pas (meme pour l'aéroport), beaucoup de restaurants dans les environs, navigation sur le Spree à quelque centaine de mètres (face à une belle kaffeehaus), Reichstag et porte de Brandebourg à 10 minutes à pieds, ile des musées à 20 minutes à pieds.

Lage, Ruhe und Suaberkeit sind positiv hervorzuheben, der Empfang war weniger freundlich, weil 2 Herren mit sich beschäftigt waren und Neuankömmlinge ignorierten.
