The bathroom was not very clean at all - the sliding door was dirty and had many hairs stuck to it. The shower had lost of water staining and dirt around the grouting. The besides table top didn't look wiped down. It made us a little concerned about the level of cleanliness of everything else, especially during times like these.

We weren’t in our room for long....maybe 3 hours. We came to Calgary for an appointment. We had just crawled into bed and our daughter-in-law called. She had gone into labour and needed us to stay with the kids. So we had to leave!

The pool was clean but the water temperature was cold. Our vacation was based on a pool adventure for my grandchild. Disappointing.

It’s clean and quite facility. Friendly staff, however the breakfast is not appealing small muffin, apple and juice box.

For the most part, it was a great hotel.. I didn't like how it wasnt sound proof.. The whole point of my trip was to get away from all the noise in my life.. But then I got stuck with stupid little brats running and screaming in the hallways..

Our stay was comfortable and clean, and we had everything we needed in the room. The pool was great, but you have to book a time slot, and the underground parking is great. However, the front desk manager was very rude to me when I checked in and refused to find a solution to the enormous deposit they require you to pay if you don’t have a credit card. He spoke down to me and made assumptions that I would smoke in the room. Although I liked the hotel itself, I wouldn’t stay at this location again due to the rude customer service from the manager and ridiculous deposit.

Very clean, comfortable place. Close to everything. Very pleased overall.

Proximity to University of Calgary and easy walk ability

The hotel was nice and quiet. The kids had fun in the pool and water slide. The hot tub was closed due to Covid but it looked nice too. The bag breakfast was a muffin (there were a variety to choose from), juice box, and an apple. It was a little disappointing but so are most things since Covid appeared. The underground parking was nice too. The card sensor to open the door is at the TOP of the ramp before you go down, and don’t forget to bring your room card to operate the elevator to get back down to the parkade when leaving. There is a drop box for the cards after you exit the elevator. Though the box was stuffed and obviously hadn’t been emptied in a while so no more cards would fit in it.

Did not have a chance to stay, my service dogs were very rudely rejected. I had some terrible things happened that day. When I walked in I was crying already and was let with rude off the bat then was told I would be refunded for the stay and I wasn’t.
