Extended Stay America - Madison - Junction Court

The lobby looked clean enough, but smelled like pets had solid in that area. This is distressing because this is where one should pick-up breakfast items and coffee. My room was not clean (Bathroom and kitchen floor were not clean that left me wondering what was on the carpet. The menu and TV channel listing in the room were dirty. There were brown grocery bags on the shelves of the closet. Dishes were not kept in the room, but because the room was dirty, I was not brave enough to try the dishes. I chose this hotel because I could make my own meals...this could not happen). On top of the cleanliness of the room, it smelled worse than the lobby. I bought an air freshener, but the horrible smell over powered it.

It was very nice and clean and it feel like I was at home and I will be back there again to stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was easy to find. It was quiet and safe.

It was great- recommend this hotel to anyone. Comfy and clean!
