Excellent place to stay after our cruise.Even though they told me my room had been cancelled,not by me, they were very helpful in getting us a room.Excellent breakfast.

Hotel was tired and in a very bad neighborhood. The biggest problem with this "airport" hotel was the lack of shuttle service. We called the hotel upon arrival at FLL and they told us a place to wait and the shuttle would be by "soon". About 30 minutes later, the shuttle drove by the pick up area but did not stop. We called the hotel again and they said it would be at least another half hour, so we took a taxi for $20. FAIL. In the morning we had a very early flight and they told us the shuttle goes on the hour, ever hour. We got to the lobby 15 minutes ahead of the hour and there were already a lot of people waiting for the 5:00 am shuttle. When it was ready to be loaded, there were far more people than space and we were told we'd have to wait for the next shuttle at 6:00. That wasn't going to work so we had to scramble again for a taxi as Uber had nothing available. This time the fare was $25. So there wasn't much point of staying here to be close to the airport and take their shuttle BECAUSE IT SIMPLY DIDN'T WORK! Epic FAILURE all around.

Spent the night before our first ever cruise. Hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was perfect, friendly diligent and the room was spotless...but the hotel chain has seriously neglected this property and you can see major flaws in the rooms and lobby. Broken sink, stained enclosure around the shower, aging wall paper, clear repeated fixes of structure in the room. And still I can only compliment the staff as they had the room at its best possible level and were among the best I have encountered in my regular business travel. Kudos to the staff, they deserve an award on all levels, but low marks to the corporate decision makers for overlooking the renovations they are 5 years over due!
