Remodeled 2-story Home 3 Decks & Lake Views 5 Minutes to Skiing & Lake!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great cozy experience for my family of 4. We were worried that my two kids, ages 3 and 1, would run around too much. But they stayed active, enjoyed the few books and toys that were already there for kids, and stayed away from the stairs mostly. We had to block it off a little but it worked. Same as the railing, we put a blanket in front so they wouldn't be tempted to try and squeeze through. This should probably be brought up to code. The downstairs beds worked great, close by so I could still see my 3 year old and a shared bathroom. The water was SUPER hot, so that was something we had to be careful of. The guest bed was also super warped in center, you would sink right in and I'm glad I didn't sleep on this one. When we arrived, we didn't have enough bath towels for downstairs, but management brought them right away. We appreciated the quick responses via text. The walk to downtown was quick and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall a great experience and I would definitely still recommend.

However wifi is really slow and checkout at 10am was not convenient.

The kitchen was great and were able to use the fireplace with it being so cold. The views from the balcony were amazing and can have a cup of coffee and enjoy each morning. It’s a perfect space for a weekend or week long getaway. The Turnkey staff was amazing. I’d recommend 10 out of 10.

Overall great stay. Cabin was clean and had almost everything you could ask for. Washer/dryer, great kitchen amazing views you name it. Easy walk to the village. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We plan to make this a yearly tradition and will try and book this cabin every year.

Cabin cleanliness as advertized. Too many middle man to deal with, cabin was not ready at 4pm check in time, hot water was not turn on. Future guest make sure you ask to get hot water on. Overall I don't recommend homeaway/turnkey unless you enjoy endless needless text and emails.

House was ok. Just what we needed for a one week stay for a family of five. Property needs a renovation, but everything worked fine. Cleanliness did not met the standard, but the property manager reimbursed us the cleaning fee. Managers very responsive.

Our family enjoyed staying at this well appointed home very close to Big Bear Village!! Nicely decorated, very clean and with distant views of the lake. Great place!
