В номере чисто, новая мебель и сантехника, кровать суперширокая.Находится в 5-ти минутах хотьбы от центрального вокзала. Рядом метро, поезда, автобус в аэропорт, дневной туристический автобус.

Room clean but not one picture on the walls. No iron or laundry bag, and depending on the room, no kettle. Because its late October, November, no fan or AC, the front desk controls your options and explains it will be heat and not cold air or fan. I was told to open windows which only open at the top and mosquitoes love you at night. Room service is a joke, we called down to be told that all the food is frozen and needs to be re-heated and if we wanted to we could come to restaurant and wait 20 mins. Noise - a large sky scraper is being built 100's of feet away from Hotel - if you like hearing 100's of hammers at 6:30 am - this is the right place to be. Location - Uber eats and the Uber driver couldn't find the hotel because its buried in a courtyard away from the main street. When the Uber driver finally found the hotel - he had to do a 3 point turn because the entrance on one side has no exit. Never again in the hotel.

Room is clean. Very basic amenities. Need to charge 10 Euro for borrowing a kettle. Crazy!

The hotel location is close to station, which is convenient. Hotel staff Ok as well. Room clean and comfortable. however, i find it harsh to charge a client per day for a kettle in a 4 star hotel. I booked a Junior Suite and even though i was asked to pay Euro10 per day to have a kettle. This is not acceptable. Amenities you have to ask as well. There is no one to take your luggage when you check in or check out. You do all by yourself. The restaurant in the hotel is not great. Better have food outside.
