Holiday Inn Express Voorhees - Mt. Laurel , an IHG Hotel

I enjoy the room it was very clean and comfortable

The room was clean. A little small and crowded with the large furniture but looked nice. Bed was comfy. Pillows were great. Really the only issue we had was we found the handle on one of the shower doors to be broken/not attached properly. This wasn't really a huge issue in itself. That morning, we took the broken piexlce down to the front desk to let them know it was broken. The lady at the front desk tells me she'll get someone on fixing it right away and i told her we were going out for the day and would prefer that no one go into our room while we weren't there. I stressed to her that it wasn't a big deal to us and that it could certainly wait until after we checked out the next morning to be fixed. I told her i don't like the idea of someone being in our room where our personal things were without our supervision. She agreed to that and we left for the day figuring that was the end of it. We came back that evening to the shower handle repaired...so despite what we agreed on and what my personal wishes were, that didn't matter to them that day and that kinda soured my opinion of the hotel and my stay in general. I guess next time I'll take pics with date and time stamps and wait until i leave to report issues like that. Oh, there's a real Keurig coffee maker so, bring your k-cups. I think this is a Holiday Inn standard now so that's a plus.

Hotel is in a great location with nice rooms and super comfortable beds. There is a Target, Olive Garden, Dunkin Donuts, Olive Garden, and Panera Bread within five minutes of hotel which was perfect as we were traveling for a kids sporting event. More attention could be given to cleanliness in common areas but rooms was very clean.

We liked that it seemed secure since you need a key card to get in outside doors after hours. While checking in at desk 3 housekeepers made their way from a hallway to behind the desk. They were loud in their trio conversation that I could not hear the desk person and told her so. Then she asked me to hold on and went behind a wall, came back out and said "Sorry, gotta make sure they are off the clock". Never apologized for her staff being loud and kinda rude, let alone unprofessional and inappropriate.

The property had small cosmetic issues. The room itself appeared to be clean. I appreciated the quality of the toiletries. My major issue was our toilet. It was clogged the night we stayed. In the morning when we called the front desk at 9:30am they explained the maintenance man wasn’t in yet. When he did come, he explained he told management not to put people in the room. Because we were leaving we decided not to complain to management.

This hotel was just Ok, the hotel lobby and my room was very clean but very small, the hallways and the elevators of the hotel wasn't clean, one elevator was broken, while in your room you can hear all the noises from the hallway, from people talking, to doors slamming, all the noises from outside, the doors and the windows of this hotel must be very thin or just cheap, I will not be coming back to this hotel, Thank you.

Comfortable, clean and great amenities. Staff was very nice and good breakfast in the morning!

Very accommodating - service was good -quiet- but a little tight in the rooms (size wise) I'll come back again

Friendly staff... Room was very clean and well maintained. Appreciated the grab and go breakfast option considering so many other hotels have canceled theirs due to Covid.

Was just ok. First room I was checked in to had broken deadbolt - 2 housekeepers came to check -I was initially told that hotel sold out and not sure what they could do for me. They did move my room and things were fine from there but little things (like back door by pool propped open and people coming/going) made me feel like security wasn’t great. Good location, local amenities and good bedding were the pluses!)
