CABINN Copenhagen

Cabinn as usual does exactly what it advertises. Compact rooms at an affordable price. But What is not on the tin is that they also go the extra mile. Rooms are spotlessly clean, and the staff are second to none they bend over backwards to help ( even with fussy customers like me ) no problem is insurmountable for them. Definitely another vote for Simon , and his young colleague on 31/08/20 At 4pm, whose name I didn’t get , but who helped me with room, and difficult parking requirements I will stay at cabinn hotels time and time again just for the excellent customer service. Cabinn, your staff are a credit to you

The hotel was fine for our purpose which was just to have a place to sleep. The room was clean but very very small and bathroom was what you would expect to see in a small cruise ship cabin not a hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was no cleaning done in the rooms due to covid situation. We were there for 4 days and the trash was never emptied out so minimum cleaning could've been an option, at least every other day. We had breakfast included and it was fine, basic options you would expect to find.

Small room, but it has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. Our 5 year old found the overhead cot fascinating. Room and hotel in general is very clean and everything works. Very friendly and service minded staff. Breakfast was a bit spartan but very good. Free parking included in the basement. Lokation is within easy walking distance of the central Copenhagen - just follow the canal ! The size of the room however, for a family, is only sufficient - but when you are in Copenhagen you only need a place to sleep anyway ! :-)

Good value for the price, and if you are in good shape, it is walking distance to the city. Also, there is a mall just across the street. The room is small, so if you are not planning to spend too much time there, you will have all that you need. We pay for breakfast; it is a good option if you don't want to spend double the price in a restaurant.

Very small rooms,tiny WC and shower. Bed very comfortable.

The staff were extremely helpful and quickly gave me another room when I experienced problems with my neighbours!

Basic accommodation more suited for an overnight stop. Quite convenient in terms of location and station proximity.

The good thing: The price is the cheapest in a very expensive city and the beds are comfortable. The bad (everything else): I stayed two nights and the second day was not cleaned the room, breakfast buffet is very limited (sausage, bread, eggs and milk/yogourt), the bathroom was tiny and were together the shower and toilet (when you showered, you put all the floor lost of water and could not return in a while), the interior aisles of the hotel are very claustrophobic, resembling a boat corridor with cabins, is the first hotel I see in which they charge for leaving the luggage the day of departure. Is not located in the city of center, but Tivoli gardens are 15 min away

Not a good place for a family.
