Crowne Plaza Cleveland South - Independence

My stAy was pleasant, a little noisy there were a lot of children & teens around my room playing in the halls & letting the doors slam. I also experienced a problem with the toilet flushing, they had no maintenance person available so I had to move to a different room. This was kind of an inconvenience because I was already comfortable in the 1st room.

My stay was very nice but I wanted to get in the pool. That wasn’t an option though because a lady had about 7 kids with her in the jacuzzi & some in the pool. Even the next day they were there at 9am! That was a bummer

First of all, I paid for the room on my computer and I had a conformation number. When I got there, they charged me again. I was furious. They told me that it will take about a week for the charges to be reversed. Then my wife and I went down to the pool. They had a hot spa. We were excited to go in the tub but we had to wait because it was full. The spa is supposed to be used for adults. There were 13 kids in there and 2 adults. I was shocked. This was going on for 3 hours. We gave up and left. Turns out, there were 2 pool parties going on. We complained to the front desk and they did nothing about it. People were coming and going through the side door the whole time. Needless to say, very bad experience.

Upon checking-in there were 50.00 in unexpected fees. The first evening we were there, my daughter tried to get pop out of the vending machine. It was not working and did not give her give her her money back or the change. Front desk said it was not their problem it was a third-party vendor. I went down to the front desk to get change. Front desk employee said they do not have any money on location. Find that very odd. My family and I left for the afternoon, when we came back, the room have not been touched. Had to request made service.
