I wanted to stay here after they generously offered me a refund during the coronavirus travel disruption.

Clean new hotel with nearby eateries. Poor and slow check-in. Waited 1hrs to be check-in.

Great location, clean and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend.

Great location. Super easy to walk to Raffles Hotel, Singapore River cruise & restaurants, Merlion, etc.

I stayed here for four nights and the best thing was the location. Very easy to get around from here by walking, or MRT or taxi. Nearby is Chinatown and several hawker centers so there is plenty of places to eat, there are also several malls and markets for shopping. The property is very clean, quiet and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I though the price was reasonable for Singapore. I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as it was an extra $20 and there are plenty of places nearby to get a good breakfast. The only drawback as mentioned by others is that the sink is in the open and the shower and toilet are enclosed with frosted doors which doesn’t allow for too much privacy. As I was traveling by myself it didn’t bother me, but I don’t think I would stay there if I was sharing the room.

We didn’t stay there and you would not refund, provide a credit note or anything. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE WORIF OR YOUR ASSOCIATED COMPANIES. Atrocious service.

Lovely rooms in great location, downtown Singapore, on border of Chinatown. Spotless. Great pool and view from top of building. Friendly, helpful staff. Short walk to underground and close to a Big Bus stop for touring. Laundry machines upstairs. Loved it!

I like the design of the room and amenities. It was very stylish

Beautiful and clean property. All employees I dealt with are courteous, friendly, and served with a smile. Employees appeared to be very happy with their job and it showed how they threat customers. We stayed there for two days a couple of weeks ago and decided to return again this time and cancelled booked reservations at another hotel. My husband were very pleased with the excellent services each employee that came in contact during our stay. Thank you!
