The nearest airport to Diano Marina is Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport across the border in France, with a scenic 70 minute coastal drive to the town. If you don't wish to hire a car, you can take a train from central Nice to Ventimiglia, then change for trains to Diano Marina. The airport has a large number of flights from across Europe, including many budget airline flights from the UK. You can also arrive in town via Stazione di Diano Marina which is part of the busy Genoa-Ventimiglia railway line, and the station is just a 5 minute walk from the seafront.
