Location is right off I-26 with a short 10 minute ride into Charleston. Also I-526 is close by if you are headed to Mt. Pleasant or the beaches. The two nights we were there seemed to be busy but once we arrived in our room we did not hear any noise or the traffic. We both found this truly amazing!! Clean rooms, staff suggested great restaurants and shopping stops. Breakfast was not good, but we will definately stay again and eat out for breakfast!

My stay was amazing, the staff there were extremely nice and the room was immaculate. I was able to get a great work-out in the weightroom with their dumb bells, and my bed was so comfortable that time seemed to stand still. After a couple hours I was fully rested. My only dislike was the air conditioning. While sleeping next to the air conditioning […] I awoke twice because the temperature had risen to where I felt hot. I had to sleep in the other bed farthest from the air conditioning to avoid feeling the temp change. The restroom was extremely clean and the shower was hot and refreshing. The location of the hotel is perfect because the outlet is right around the corner and there are multiple places to eat at. I would definitely stay here again and refer others. Подробнее

I enjoyed my stay. Only stayed on night had a chance to utilize the hot tub and pool. Which was quiet and clean. My only issue hot tub didnt have strong enough jets. My room was clean and everything that the picture showed online when I was looking. The staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. I would defiinitely stay here again!!!

Nice hotel for the money. Very convienient to highway to get downtown. Slight disappointment in 3 towels for 4 people and had to ask twice for an extra pillow but otherwise pretty nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent facilities at the hotel. Really good breakfast. Hotel is convenient for airport and Amtrak but some distance from downtown Charleston - $15-20 cab ride. Manny's restaurant is close and is OK for pizzas and pita but there are no other restaurants nearby.

I booked a room for two nights and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean as well as the hotel overall. The breakfast was good however the pancake machine was not working correctly the second day. Great hotel that i would reccomend to anyone.

Very convenient to sites, restaurants, site seeing. Very Clean. Staff not very friendly. Take your own towels to the pool. They never had any clean towels available for the pool. They did not offer Fox News channel. I would use them again.

Absoluely loved Charleston! Hotel was clean, modern and overall very nice. BUT... We arrived about 1pm on Saturday and were told that they had no rooms ready yet. There was already one family waiting (camping out) in the lobby for their room. The front desk person was barely polite and completely unsympathetic. We ended up having to completely rearrange […] our plans, because of this inconvenience. I understand that hotel was pretty well booked, but check-out was at 11am and the front desk personnel implied that in 2 hours, no rooms had been cleaned yet. I found that very difficult to believe having worked in the industry previously. The next day I found that it was more believeable... The cleaning personnel did not come to clean our room until at least 3:30pm. Breakfast bar was kept filled and looked nice, but the food was not all that great. The second morning we didn't even bother with it. My children went down to the pool a couple of times during our stay and everytime they found no clean towels available. Overall: Hotel was very nice, staff responsiveness and promptness left a lot to be desired. Подробнее

LOVED IT....very clean, decor is great, room is great, tv is great, internet is great, bed is awesome and the price was fair. i am not sure if they do military dicounts but if so i would like to know. other than that i am ready to extend a stay there again.

We were on a family vacation with 7 year old twin grandchildren and their parents. The indoor pool was wonderful; the breakfast ample, delicious and well maintained. For a simple dinner we were able to bring in fast food and eat it in the breakfast room. It is right off the I-26 which took us anywhere in the greater Charleston area. I love this hotel I stay here everytime I'm in Charleston. However the breakfast is terrible and the hot tub needs to be fixed. If these two things are improved they will have a 4star hotel.

First a shout out thank you to housekeeper Angel for finding and safely keeping daughters retainer that we left behind. Keep in mind that we were an after midnight check in and that we were tired, but the check in lady seemed short and was upset that our teens were checking their email on the lobby computer. Also some or our party missed the internet […] code and called about ten minutes later and were told that it was printed on the key case. Please just kindly tell us the code again. The room was great, better than I had imagined and was priced so well for the quality. The hotel had great amenities, like the indoor pool and fitness center . Location was easy to get to, just a little further from Folly than I would have liked. Very satisfied overall.

Very nice staff. Daughter left her iPod behind. When we called they had not seen it but said they'd keep looking. Fortunately they found it unfortunately it wasn't till after it had been washed and dried. But they were very good about really looking for it.

The beds were verrry uncomfortable...would have been better on the floor. The breakfast seemed 'fast food' at best. The airport shuttle was great for us, and the staff is awesome.
