Nice, clean and modern hotel which is very convenient for the Halls 9 and 11 of the Messe being just 10 minutes walk away. Small rooms and very intermittent internet connection, but nothing that would stop me returning.

was a business travelgood location, near the fair but very far from everything. internet free only 3 hours, need to pay...they says was a fridge...nothing...the bar have a 10 item menu.... for the price paid i think there's other option more complete

Not a good hotel to stay and for sure.. not a 4 star hotel at all. I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights during XMass, New Year 2012-13 and I had to ask the a few times of the staff to get my room cleaned. During my stay the sheets were only changed once and the same for cleaning the room. Even a 2 star hotel will not work that way.

The hotel is extremely clean, very modern, and the staff was welcoming. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to walk anywhere to grab food (especially on Sunday when stuff closes down), attend Protestant or Catholic services, or see the sights. There's nothing nearby, and it's a tram plus train ride to the airport or a 20-30 Euro taxi ride to the airport. […] The bathroom is also weird--the wall of the shower is a window into the room, so whoever is in the bedroom can watch you shower or (if they're standing up) even see you on the toilet. Overall a nice clean modern hotel and would return again. Keep in mind the single rooms are indeed made for one person. Designed so that you can not use it as a double. Had to ask for additional bedspread to put 2 together. Only 1 towel is available.

We were able to check in early even though we arrived hours before the check in time. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. The tomato soup in the bistro was outstanding!

Anna at the front desk went way out of her way to help me in a jam. She drove me to the Apple store to retrieve my power cord before the store closed. There was no time to get a taxi so she just took charge. The hotel is perfect for visitors to the Messe. An easy 20 min walk or a quick ride on the tram. The Hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to guide us to the tram, located just out side and tell us how to get downtown, which was not far at all. We had a lovely time, and would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was relatively new with contemporary modern design and amenities. It was located within easy distance to the main pedestrian/shopping area. The breakfast was one of the most comprehensive with so much variety and was delicious as well. The staff was attentive and most helpful. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Contemporary interior....Very comfortable mattress and good quality comforters and pillows. The room is a little small but nothing to complain about. It was very well maintained. I'd say the rooms are more geared towards couples as the bathroom is half glass looking into the bedroom. I needed an overnight to fly back to the US and this was an Expedia special offer. It seems to be a BRAND NEW hotel. I think there were a couple of guests besides me, but I'm not sure. It requires a bit of effort to get her from the hauptbanhoff: U4 to Messe, then tram 17 to Leonardo de Vinci Allee (the 7th stop from Messe). It was a breeze with a carry-on […] but might have been a challenge with lots of luggage. Absolutely everything was mint and spotless; the bed and duvet were fabulous, Grohe fixtures in the bath (perfect shower), and the bath made extensive use of thick slabs of glass to give an open and modern feeling. From my shower I could watch birds flying in the neighborhood! There is nothing around, but one tram stop towards Messe there are a few restaurants. I didn't try the bar/restaurant at the hotel. Nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice room, but laid out a little strangely. TV mounted on wall could not be pivoted, but no where to sit to watch it. The big issue for me was that it was billed as having an exercise room. It did, but it didn't open until 9:00 AM. That's ridiculous. Excellent location for Messe. Cleanliness,quality and service all first class. 3 minor disappointments : - unable to check in until 3.30pm - air con in room could have been better - free wi fi advertised is for first log in only. This should be made clear.

The hotel is handy for the Messe but a bit remote. But for a cheap business place with free wifi it's cool. Breakfast isn't included and at €17 a pop isn't cheap, but the staff are helpful and you can get a cab withing seconds!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights so we could attend the last day of the Frankfurt Book Fair before returning to the U.S. from a trip to Belarus for a conference. On the plus side: -very clean hotel & room -terrific and vast # of choices for breakfast -very modern hotel -efficient staff -friendly staff at breakfast -good water pressure in the shower -safe […] in room -quiet room -good-sized bathroom On the minus side: -"Standard" room was the smallest hotel room I've ever been in. There was a single pole in a tiny closet to hang clothes, sticking straight out from the back wall of the tiny closet. We had to walk sideways at the end of the bed, to get to the other side of the bed, actually, 2 very narrow beds pushed together -Shower had a glass panel inside the bathroom that covered only about 1/4 of the opening to the shower--no shower door or curtain. The floor was slightly tilted so that water ran down to the shower drain and didn't go into the main part of the bathroom, but it felt too open and not that warm when you were taking a shower -Only a down quilt on each bed. When I asked for a cotton blanket, I was told they didn't have any, so I had to ask for extra sheets instead. Down quilts are too hot in the summer and early Fall -Air conditioning only went on when you stuck your room card into a slot when coming into the room. I understand this saves energy, but it meant the room was quite stuffy each time we came back I wish they would post the size of rooms w/the rate Подробнее

One of the 2 elevators was not working during the time I was there and could not be repaired since it was a weekend. The air conditioning even at the maximum power was very weak during a very hot summer weekend. The only answer I got from the reception about the issue is that one should not expect the aircon to be be as strong as in America...although […] they offered me to change rooms but the central aircon would not be any different. There was a sewage-type smell on and off in the bathroom and shower section. Location is pretty far from the city center. The single rooms are very small. I would recommend this hotel if you like the quiet as i do...one complaint was trying to cool the room down a little on the warm side to sleep....there is rapid transit right beside the hotel so it was easy to get in and out of Frankfurt...the breakfast was good but a yes a little pricy...I would stay again...

The hotel staff spoke English and was extremely helpful. The Hotel management should be proud to have them all as employees. Especially Rebecca who was working at the reservation desk and the young English-speaking man who was working in the restaurant during breakfast. Both were very patient and took the time to answer all our questions.

I stayed here on vacation and really loved it. When I first arrived I was skeptical because it seemed the hotel was far from any real destinations, but it is actually very close to everything by tram / metro. I could walk to the main train station within 15-20 minutes and the tram only takes 5 minutes. The tram is just outside the building, so it is […] very convenient. The hotel is very modern, new and very clean. The staff were very helpful and most of them were able to converse in English. I ate breakfast nearly every day at the hotel and I can tell you IT IS WONDERFUL. Excellent food which carried me through until 2pm! I didn't have lunch or dinner there, however. Welcome hotel is brand new, modern but in a new neighbourhood that is also still being constructed. Once you are there you are confined to the hotel. No store or restaurant to walk to. Hotel still has some glitches to work out but other than that I loved everything about it!!!

Dog - da vi ankom lørdag middag fik vi at vide, at vi skulle forlade hotellet senest kl. 0700 søndag morgen da man havde fundet af en bombe fra 2. verdenskrig næsten lige ved siden af. Der var dømt evakuering af hele området - det kan hotellet absolut […] ikke gøre for - men eftersom bomben var fundet et par dage forinden ville vi RIGTIG GERNE have været kontaktet inden ankomsten og fået muligheden for at finde et andet hotel. Da vi skulle besøge messecentret, som først åbnede kl. 0900 var det mildest taget ikke i orden at skulle forlade sit hotel kl. 0700 med en meget lang dag foran sig med hjemrejse til DK ved midnatstid. Die Junior-Suite ist sehr zum empfehlen. Viel Platz Super Ausstattung. Mein besonderes Highlight war das zwischen Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer eine Glaswand war, sieht Super aus. Frühstück ist Super.

Toll, das Hotel hat einen guten Standard und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Optimierungsmöglichkeiten: Das Frühstück war für meinen Geschmack etwas gar teuer. Zudem wurde unser Zimmer am zweiten Tag nicht gereinigt. Ansonsten absolut zum Weiterempfehlen.

Vi hadde en meget god opplevelse av hotellet. Meget god standard, god og fristende frokostbuffet. Hyggelig betjening og lyse, trivelige lokaler! Flotte rom og fint treningsrom/spa. Meget god beliggenhet i forhold til messe-området, og superlett tilgjengelighet med trikk. Meget godt fornøyd!

Der Hauptknackpunkt für meine Unzufriedenheit ist die (nicht vorhandene) Zimmergröße. Gebucht hatte ich ein Businesszimmer, bekommen "sogar" ein Superiorzimmer. Bereits komplett zugestellt war das kleine Kabuff allerdings mit Doppelbett (auch hier ein Minuspunkt: französisch gebucht, getrennt bekommen), zwei Sesseln und einem Couchtisch. Hier noch […] zwei Erwachsene mit zwei großen und einem kleinen Koffer unterzubringen... dafür verdienen wir echt einen Preis! Um einen Koffer auch nur ansatzweise sinnvoll irgendwo abzustellen war schlicht kein Platz. Das war aber wiederum notwendig, da der Wandschrank so dermaßen eng bemessen war, dass wir es nicht geschafft haben, alle unsere Kleidungsstücke da rein zu packen. Ansonsten hätten wir die Koffer sicher einmal komplett ausgeräumt und im Auto deponiert. So wurden die Tage im Welcome Hotel zum täglichen Hürdenlauf um Einrichtungsgegenstände und das eigene Gepäck. Eine Nachfrage am Empfang, ob das mit dem Zimmer ernst gemeint sei, wurde mit einem Schulterzucken und der Aussage, dass die anderen Zimmer noch kleiner seien, abgetan. Und... die Heizung führt wohl ein Eigenleben. Jede Nacht fuhr sie offenbar einmal komplett hoch, um sich dann wieder abzuschalten, obwohl wir sie doch abgeschaltet hatten. Nicht einmal ein geöffnetes Fenster bei Minusgraden draussen konnte da wirklich Abhilfe schaffen. Die Ausstattung und das Hotel an sich machen aber grds einen guten Eindruck. Hier gibt es keinen Grund zur Beanstandung. Подробнее

Var mycket nöjd på det stora hela men blev väldigt förvånad att jag fick ett rökrum som drog ner mitt intryck rejält. Trodde knappt rökrum förekom längre och om de gör det utgår jag från att man specifikt får be om ett sådant rum! Ickerökare ska inte behöva bo i ett rökrum!

Das Hotel liegt nahe an der Stadtautobahn nach Frankfurt und ist sehr dicht bei der Messe. Trotz dieser Nähe war es immer sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber und sehr modern mit Blick auf die Skyline von Hannover. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und stellen sich sehr schnell auf unterschiedlichste Gäste ein. Kleinere Aufbauarbeiten, […] wie die Baustelle vor dem Restaurant View waren zwar noch zu vorhanden, beeinträchtigen allerdings den Wohnkomfort in keinster Weise.
