When we woke late, we found there was no hot water. Since we were in a hurry to catch a train, we just went without showering. But we mentioned it when... we checked out. The desk clerk apologized and said a pipe had broken and, because we had the Do Not Disturb sign out, they didn't want to call us to notify us. He did offer to check us into another room immediately so we could shower, but since we had to catch the train, we declined. He then gave us 15 percent off the bill in compensation.
