Hampton Inn and Suites Riverside/Corona East - Риверсайд

Great hotel, found the beds to be very hard - needed painkillers for my back and shoulder the next day. Breakfast was good, staff were great. Excellent location, very safe Neighborhood.

We were in RIverside for a school event. This seems like a new hotel with immediately surrounding area quite upgraded - including a nice riverwalk walking path, and mall. 2-3 miles away the neighborhood isn't great, but the hotel's is fine. Bed very comfortable; bathroom sink area had a mildewy smell; windows actually open - nice feature; doors slam […] shut very loudly - I was kept awake for awhile hearing neighbors' doors slam up and down hall; good solid breakfast; no closet in our room - weird; really reasonable price. This was our first venture to a hotel with our small children. I was nervous that they might be disruptive but fortunately we were given a room next to another family with small children. We could hear our neighbors but only when their child cried/screamed and it was rather faint...my point in saying this is that the walls were not too thin. Which was […] nice. We got the two queens studio suite and it was very clean and very spacious. The beds were so comfortable. The first lady that I encountered at the front desk when I checked in was very nice, patient and pleasant. However, the second lady I encountered at the front desk to inform her that we were checking out had a huffy attitude as if I was interrupting what she was doing and didn't want to be bothered. The hotel was lovely, the staff were great.. there morning breakfast was great. My only concern was the room we requested was a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower. This usually includes a shower bench, but this room did not. Showering in a wheelchair can be done easily, the only problem is when you are done the chair remains wet for some […] time after words. Neighbors were noisy playing loud music. There was an alarm clock going off in one room and no one came to turn it off. Breakfast was decent, but no actual dining places to eat in the hotel. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. There should always be someone at the front desk.

The hotel was in a quite area and the staff was very professional. It was a great to eat breakfast without leaving the hotel and spending the extra money at a restaurant. The food was fresh and enjoyable.

I was very impressed with the quality and friendliness of the staff at this hotel. Our stay was a one-night stop en route to another destination, but all of our interactions with staff from check-in to clearing plates at the complimentary breakfast were warm and friendly. The room and facilities were clean and welcoming.

I enjoyed the clean modern room and complimentary breakfast! I also liked having the newspaper. My particular room was right next to the elevator and I did not get the peace and quiet I would have preferred. I could hear noises of people walking down the halls, and occasionally noises from the elevator.

Although we were only passing through for one night, w had a very nice stay. The room was so clean that my wife started looking for something that was dirty and could not find anything. We have stayed there several times and the staff is always very friendly. From the front desk to the maids they always greet you as you pass by. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning offers a variety of selections to choose from and is always fresh.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The service was awesome and I loved that they had coffee all day. My only problem was that my king room didnt have a closet and since I was traveling for business that was a bit of an issue. Otherwise this hotel was great and I would def stay again

The water chamber of the coffee pot was littered with calcium deposits. That tells me that the room attendant never wiped or cleaned the chamber.

Hotel was fantastic ...service was great! They are very clean and accomidating. It is centrally located for businesses and shopping. The best part is their continental breakfast was made fresh everyday and deliscious...will return for future business and family events!

This is a very nice newer hotel. We've stayed here a few times and have never been disappointed. Clean, modern room and great breakfast included. The location is near the 91 Freeway but not so close that the traffic is roaring by all night. It's in a residential/shopping district that is nice and safe. Highly recommended!

Our stay was wonderful, once we got over the fact that the hotel was charging less per night and because we booked through Hotels.com, we had to pay substantially more. Next time we'll call direct and not use Hotels.com

Phone in room had covered a coffee ring...or spill.....maids had missed it. I moved phone to make room on night stand....ick. Bathroom door blocks entrance door......too crowded.....otherwise great place. Good breakfasts.

I had to travel to Riverside for business and this place was a good choice. Check in/out was easy. The room was clean and everything (wifi, iron, etc.) all worked. Buffet was decent also.

I have stayed at Hampton Inns/Hiltons for years and because I had Hotel.com points, i stayed here using hotels.com. I was clearly treated differently than if I had checked in as a diamond member. I brought my dog, which is unuasual fo rme and was warned "do not bring the dog into the lobby, pool, breakfast area". I said, then how do I get my dog around […] thehotel? she rolled her eyes. everytime I left my room, my card deactivated and I had to go get a new key (one time use only?). The carpet was filthy in the elevator and public areas. The upholstery in the booths at the breakfast area was filthy as well. The hotel overall was actually quite lovely, it was just dirty and the staff were basically rude. Actually it was only the staff member the first night, the gal the next day was pretty nice. I was also charged a "non refundable deposit" for the dog, which I appreciated because they said the charge was to shampoo the carpet when I lfeft for the next person. OK, a NON refundable deposit is an oxymoron and it does not exist. It is a fee, call it what it is please. Подробнее

We planned a last minute "staycation" at the Hampton on Friday!!!!! I have to say it was perfect....just what we needed!! We got a suite being a family of 6 and was very impressed with the size of the room and bathroom! All of the beds, including the sofa bed were comfortable....loved the comforters!! Yvonne was friendly and helpful and quite a busy […] woman working late Friday night and was busy helping in the breakfast area in the morning. The staff is very friendly, hotel is clean and quiet, well built, don't hear everything and every move everyone else in the hotel is making. So if you are looking for quiet and comfort go here!!!!
