"просторный номер со всем необходимым"
Отзыв пользователя Hotels.com: 27 фев 2013В номере есть все необходимое, большой ТВ (без российских каналов, правда), кухня, холодильник, микроволновка, посуда. Просторно, душ удобный. В 3 минутах ходьбы - метро Люмпини, в 10-15 - БТС Сала Даенг и еще метро. До БТС от отеля можно доехать бесплатно на отельном тук-туке. Рядом с БТС - торговый центр Silom с фудкортом внизу, там же большой супермаркет. Рядом с самим отелем - 7/11. Из неудобств - мелкие муравьи в номере (меня не особо напрягали) и не совсем удобный план, как добраться до отеля от БТС самому. Надо выйти на БТС Сала Даенг, у выхода № 4 (тут же будет Silom), повернуть налево и дойти до ближайшей улочки справа (названия улочки нигде не увидела). По ней пересечь 2 улицы, свернуть на третью (налево), дойти до 7/11, который будет по правой стороне, там повернуть по улице направо почти до конца, там будет отель).

Отзыв пользователя Hotels.com: 26 фев 2013Недостатки: расположен в трущобах. В номерах потрёпанная мебель, паласы, потёртые временем оконные стёкла. В душевой кабине очень плохо спускается вода, пользовался ванной. В ванной же длина душевого шланга не рассчитана на человека ростом больше 180 см, мылся на корточках. Всё это не скрашивает пребывания в отеле, но с этим можно мириться. В проблему вылилось то, что в номере повышенного класса (Executive Suite) не регулировался кондиционер – мой товарищ простудился в первую ночь. В часы заселения на рецепции выстраивается очередь гостей на 20 минут. Номера не готовы к сроку, просят подождать уборки 1 час. Преимущества: легко поймать такси рядом с отелем. Недалеко до исторического центра города. До Силома или Саяма 15-20 минут на такси даже в вечерних пробках. Трущобы вокруг очень живописны, их приятно обозревать с открытой площадки на 10 этаже. Отсюда же открывается панорама на весь город. Здесь же бассейн для детей, шезлонги, бар, всё это скрашено пальмами и кадковым садом. Доброжелательный персонал отеля. Есть возможность получить размен у швейцара, чтобы расплатиться с таксистом. Очень понравилась услуга тайского массажа в отеле.

"Great hotel for singles and couples"
great hotel except that waiting for an elevator in a busy night can be as long as half hour and the elevetors are very small for such hotel. "Could be a lot better if they just sorted the lift"
Hotel does not have a good lobby as the building is/was used for condos. Pool pretty small and shaded a fair bit. Rooms are very nice and large. The area around the hotel and journey to BTS is used by locals and can be a little dirty/congested. Not the nicest of areas. Biggest drawback with this hotel is the lifts after 5pm. The skybar attracts so […] many non-hotel guest and the lifts are packed, up and down. No aircon in them either! Can take an age to get up to your room or get down to lobby - have to push your way on. Mgt should really allocate a separate lift for hotel guest. "Lots of potential - poor management policies..."
The room was really more like a 1 BR apt..spacious, views to die for, great bath. Food buffets were awesome. Staff for the most part were lovely and professional. Two issues, which to me were MAJOR was that management made the decision to begin renovation in the next room two days after I arrived. Most disturbing and inconsiderate for me. After two […] days of banging and phone calls I had to now pack up all of my belongings and be moved to another roon - the last thing one wants to be doing after just getting settled in. The hotel should have halted construction until I was to leave or have never put me in that room in the first place. The next issue was that I was denied access to The Lounge's happy hour because of my "unfashionable shoes"...Very upsetting to me. A ridiculous move on their part. Their 'dress code' is not well defined, clear, or modern. Also, I had worn similar comfort shoes for days prior and was not denied. It was a subjective and arbitrary decision and really changed the overall experience for me. Food and Beverage Manager backtracked and said it was a language issue but the damage, for me, had been done. I couldn't wait to leave Lebua. Not a 5 star experience for me at all. My husband and I have just returned from a really wonderful stay at the Tower Club at Lebua hotel in Bangkok. We stayed there last year as well and am glad to say that the hotel is still top-rate. There seemed to be more staff than ever that were always happy, smiling and ready to cater to your every need. We visited the Club lounge - Breeze, located […] on the 52nd floor every day for either lunch or afternoon tea. All food and a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are free between 6.00am - 6.00pm daily. The staff in there are very friendly and helpful and always offering extra free drinks as soon as you finish your current one! Free internet for 30 minutes per room is available in the Business centre on 51st floor. Our suite was on 59th floor affording us magnificent views over the city. The suite is very spacious and kept immaculately clean by the House-keeping staff, who are willing to clean your suite at any time of day - you just let them know when. There is a king-size bed, tv, dvd, kitchenette and lounge area. The bathroom is large and there are a lot of complimentary toiletries available that are replenished daily. Although breakfast was available in the club lounge, we usually ventured down to the Mozu restaurant on 11th floor as cooked food is also available there. The hotel is very close to their SkyTrain and Canal Express Boat so it is very convenient. It has one of the best rooftop views in Bangkok and also some of the best restaurants. The hotel was one of the best we (couple, 50+ 44) 've ever stayed. The room was a spacious luxurious suite, with kitchenette, free minibar (but no alcoholic drinks), excellent room service and very helpful and friendly personnel. This is my second time staying at Lebua. This time we went for club room and enjoyed the access to the club lounge. Great when you have just come off a long flight to have a light snack, and a couple of drinks before settling in for some sleep in a lovely big room with a balcony looking out across the river. The Lebua Club Towers is definitely not 5 stars. The hotel drive way is terrible and surrounded by dodgy stores around the area. Towels and bathrobe were old and in need of refresh. Asked for a non-smoking room, but the room smelt like smoke anyway. Room lighting required and upgrade and couple of bulbs were blown. Eating bfast at Cafe Mozu and noticed […] some dilapidated apartments in the area above the pool, not sure what that was all about? We had a wonderful experience at the Tower Club. The room was spacious and well maintained with nice ammeneties and a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was very courteous - we even used the baby sitter service for our 1.5yo while we went upstairs to enjoy my birthday with an incredible 6 course dinner on the 65th floor […] at Mezzaluna (which happens to be where a scene from The Hangover 2 was filmed) . Stay at the club level but really couldn't call it a club lounge. It closes at 6:00 pm and service is only for food service no one to help with anything else. After 6 visit to lounge still asked for room number. Would not stay here again they even changed the toilettes to a cheap brand and when I asked why at front desk it was blamed on flood. A beautiful hotel, but a little far from the happenings in Bangkok. Service excellent and staff trained to make you feel special. Very large Buffett breakfast with everything you could ask for. Was treated like a VIP as soon as I got out of the taxi. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was spotless and everything was complimentary. Overall very good Hotel. The Cons were that we had complimentary mini bar (soft drinks) which never got refilled during our three night stay. Stayed in a 2 bedroom club suiter which was of a very high standard, consindering the price and what you get I would recommend one of the standard rooms as there on high floors anyway. Tower Club room was fantastic. It had plenty of space and was neutrally decorated. One gripe withthe room was we couldn't get wifi, which is very disappointing nowadays. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I am a frequent traveller and been to all continents and stayed at a fair few hotels. This is the best by far in terms of: service, breathtaking views and customer satisfaction. As a result this is the third time I have stayed here in the last 5 years. Two downsides: 1) Possibly the location dependant on […] your preferences; shopping etc. There is a free shuttle service to the skytrain every day which then provides you with transport links to most parts of the city to compensate. 2) Food and drinks are relatively expensive in all the hotels' bars and restaurants.
