It was a great stay! I loved to go into the hotel because it smelled so nice. The room smelled nice to. The maid were great and the office staff were awsome and very helpful. I had a wonderful stay.

Well more than i expected, great staff and very helpful.. It is kind of dangerous at night since its in downtown but other than that, this hotel was great.(free american breakfast-coffee,juice,fruit,dish). Definitily will stay here again,, 100%recommended.

If you are looking for a budget, very acceptable hotel, this is it! Very convenient in exploring the historical centre of Guadalajara. Clean, very nice staff and the price included a continential breakfast. If you want a very quiet room, ask for one that has a window facing the 'interior' of the hotel. Would stay here again for sure.

This hotel was very nice and clean. We had free breakfast every morning and they served until noon you can also choose to eat breakfast in the restaurant or they can bring it to your room. Room service daily with new clean bedding. Location is very convenient.

Very clean very nice. Showed up really late and were in our room in minutes. The rooms are very nice. Its in a busy intersection so there is some noise but its no niggy.

Hotel is within walking distance of downtown and San Juan de Dios (anything you want, you can find here). Getting a cab or public transportation is fairly easy. We went to Tonala and the "Central Vieja" is fairly close if you want to grab a bus to Tequila, Jalisco.

I couldn't possibly be happier with my choice. The price is great, the neighborhood feels safe, the people are downright phenomenal. If you go there, tell Bernardo (who is the bellcap) that I said "hi." :-)

This place was only a few blocks from the main part of town, and we felt quite safe walking to and from the hotel for dinner etc. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very well maintained. They have fairly fast internet for free which is very convenient. The only negative I can think of is that sometimes the building shakes when the subway […] goes underneath, but its not too annoying. Excellent service and facilities. The decoration was very nice. We were very please with the service. They have a small garage to park the vehicles and their staff is very attentive. We did not stay long but would definitively stay there again when we go back to Guadalajara.

I go to god at least once a year. I'd def. Go there next year if the price is as cheap. Having a xoxo store on in the hotel was def a plus. Clean, basic accomodations at busy intersection. The double windows cut the noise considerably and even more so if the bath area door is closed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is minimal but adequate. They do not provide facecloths.

I stayed here for only a night. I arrived late and the neighborhood did not feel safe. The staff advised me not to carry my bag pack if I wanted to go out at night. aunque el hotel esta ubicadao en el centro con mucho trafico alrededor, el cuarto esta hecho de manera que sea silencioso en la noche. El cuarto era muy limpio, la ducha funciona bien (a parte de la puerta que necesita estar arreglada), la TV tambien, la cama es confortable. De hecho, nos dieron un cuarto con una ventana que da sobre el corridor y el […] patio interior, es decir que no hay ventana, se deben cerrar las cortinas pero asi, no hay tampoco ruido ni siquiera calor, pero no se si entra el aire de afuera. Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist sehr gut geeignet für eine Stadterkundung zu Fuß. Es hat einen super Parkplatzservice, das Auto steht sicher in einer Parkgarage. Die Lage ist direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Einfallstraße - uns hat es nicht gestört.

En general me pareció muy bien, limpio, los desayunos incluidos en la tarifa ricos, wifi funciona bien, pero no en el comedor, muy cerca del centro histórico, si acaso 4 0 6 cuadras. Super céntrico, limpio, desayunas sabroso, todo el personal es atento y muy amable. Las camas estan geniales... salvo x las almohadas q estan algo altas y duras. Muy buena relación entre costo- beneficio.... La decoración esta genial! Definitivamente regresaría =)

Estuve en el Hotel Alcazar 4 dias, y me parecio un hotel muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro, la habitación espaciosa, limpia y con aire acondicionado. En este viaje me acompañaron 2 menores de edad con los que me sentia comoda si querian adelantarse a llegar a la habitación o al restaurant, ya que no es un hotel muy grande. Mi paquete incluia desayuno […] por lo cual visite el restaurant en varias ocasiones, este me parecio limpio y con muy buen sazon, aunque el servicio es realmente lento, asi que si tienes prisa por llegar a algun lado no optes por este beneficio. Por todo lo demás el personal muy amable y atento, claro que si lo recomiendo si buscas un precio accesible y una estancia cómoda. Подробнее
