Very welcoming and helpful on arrival. Super room for our family. Breakfast was a nightmare - 4 mornings and there were problems on every one - never enough bakery goods ready, coffee machine not working, no cups, fruit juice empty - really spoilt an otherwise great experience.

Hotel is two metro stops from Paris Nord so good if travelling from London. Easy travel to city sights. Found Tea and Coffee service in the room was poor and had to ask at reception. The location is said not very safe. We were suggested by friends not to go outside at night and be very cautious even at daytime. Just a reminder to those who never been to Paris. Otherwise, it is a fine hotel, though the breakfast is too simple to eat in.

The front desk staff were brusque and unwelcoming. The poorly stocked bar (no draft beer and no white rum) was disappointing for a 4* hotel. I stayed here twice because it was very close to the office we were visiting - neither time did i sleep more than an hour or two at night - the bed was soooo uncomfortable. The other downside was the low-budget room furniture, etc. There are a couple of decent restaurants in the area, but my god that bed was awful (both times). The hotel itself is fine provided you have no need of a breakfast room or restaurant facilities. The issues we had were lack of willingness to replace the batteries on the room safe despite repeated requests during the working week. Also there was a party in the room above us which the reception staff appered to do nothing about until 4 or 5 in the […] morning. The coffee and tea making facilities weren't replenished each day and one of the lifts was covered internally with plastic sheeting although no work was being carried out on it that we could tell. The fitness centre is a small room with 3 exercise machines in it. Nothing else. Hotel service was ok but when leaving, we were charged extra for cab due to it was called in from outside, but how much extra could not be confirmed! The hotel had alot of spider webs on the back of the curtains and rails, not impressed!! The station was always so packed that the only other option would be taxi, and end of the 3 days my taxi fares from central Paris added up to over 100 Euros so I might aswell stayed in more central expensive hotel!! Recommend to anyone with family but the screen does not provide privacy. My children loved the room and all of it's amenaties such as free Wi-Fi and internet on the TV.

Wij waren aangenaam verrast met de gezinskamer die we geboekt hadden. Veel voorzieningen zoals waterkoker,koffie, thee,choco etc, goede WIFI (heel belangrijk voor onze dochters van 13 en 15) TV, kluis, luxe badkamer en apart toilet. 객실의 크기는 시내호텔과 비교할 수 없을 정도로 큽니다...파리시내 호텔의 객실이 워낙 작기는 하지만 객실과 욕실 사이즈 모두 만족했고 아늑했습니다. 다만, 위치가 워낙 북쪽에 있어 파리시내까지 택시로 20~25유로 가량 나오너군요..동네 자체도 낮에는 괜찮은데, 밤이되면 쫌 그렇습니다...무리지어 다니는 흑형들이 꽤 있지요...아침식사는 완전 꽝이구요..그냥, 넓은 방에 묶으면서 잠만 잘 분들...비지니스 출장객..에 그럭저럭 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 다만, 가격대비한 질을 고려하면 그럭저럭 괜찮습니다..전철역_쌩드니경기장역_이 도보로 5분 정도 소요되고, 현지사람들은 왜 거기에 숙박하냐고...ㅋㅋ 반문하더군요...

La chambre est bien agencée, spacieuse et pratique. La connexion wi fi et même filaire est très très lente et inutilisable.... Canal+ et autres chaines ne sont accessible que lorsque cela est en clair ou alors j'ai loupé une étape. Ces points sont décevants pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Godt familiehotel til fornuftige penge. Værelserne var Ok omend vi kom hinanden ved, da vi var 2 voksne + 2 halv store børn, men pæne og rene værelser med lille "tekøkken" med køleskab :-). .Morgenmaden Ok uden at være prangende. Nemt at komme med metroen ind til Paris - MEN lidt mere besværligt at komme hjem sent om aftenen. Alt i alt et godt hotel […] hvis ikke man vil betale de dyre penge for at bo i Paris centrum. Das Zimmer war für 4 Personen schön groß. Die räumlich getrennten Breiche für WC und Waschbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Im Waschbereich war eine Badewanne + separate Dusche vorhanden. Frühstück war zweckmäßig und gut.

A estadia foi agradavel. A unica queixa é a falta de Ar condicionado no hotel. Para conseguir dormir tinhamos de deixar a janela aberta toda a noite para arrejar o quarto.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen. Zimmer geräumig, sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück umfangreich und lecker. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Natürlich ist es nicht gerade in der Stadtmitte, doch die Metro ist nur 10 Min. entfernt.

Personale gentile e cortese. Spazi e struttura per prima colazione assolutamente non adeguati ad un flusso notevole di persone (periodo Pasquale). La camera aveva alcuni accessori da sostituire in quanto danneggiati o usurati. La posizione ed i collegamenti con il centro di Parigi non sono male.
