I've stayed here three different times and have always been very pleased. This place cannot be beat - it offers outstanding value. It is located in a... clean, safe, pleasant neighborhood in central Tokyo. The only drawback is that it is a bit of a walk to the JR Yotsuya station, but that's ok and I'm willing to take to that walk. The staff are very pleasant and professional (and speak some English). The rooms are bright, clean, well furnished and many have pretty decent views of Tokyo. During my most recent stay, I booked a single room and unfortunately non-smoking was not a available, but I booked it anyway knowing that the smoking rooms really don't smell of smoke too badly at all. Upon arriving at the hotel and asking if they had any non-smoking, they gave me a double room at no extra charge which was very nice of them. The room was great - spacious, very clean as always and the view was very good (and again, the smell of smoke was minimal).
